is there any laws reguarding step childern in ny??

i was in a marrage for 11 yrs and raised my step kids for 14 and now i can't see them anymore.

First of all you have been married for 11 years and help raised your step children did you ever adopt these children? If so than you will have rights. My heart goes out to you because you cant see them anymore but if you were good to them they will never for get you. Go to god in prayer and he will give you the ans were you need.
