Really simple and easy to understand divorce information is hard to find. I have been following a particular lawyer who has made a career out of doing just that. His do it yourself handbooks with forms are mostly state specific too. This website, http://www.legalformsbank.biz, lists all of his divorce handbooks by state and provides same day shipping by 2-3 day priority mail service. Even attorneys and paralegals who are not familiar with the divorce procedure use this guys divorce handbooks. The neat thing about them is that he starts out with the simple stuff first which will usually get most people thru a divorce procedure. But he also continues with instructions and forms for more difficult situations such as when children are involved, publishing a notice or having a summons served. The handbooks range in price from $24.95 - $34.95.

Would you try filling a cavity without a dentist?

So then why would you try a divorce without an attorney?

Trust me. Pony up the coin if you want it done right, and you don't want to get screwed.

Good luck.
