Marriage & Divorce - 7 December 2007

I signed divorce paper of legal and physical custody of our kids and got approved letters from court. However things are getting twisted. 1st her attorney requested the court to try all she can to save my marriage, got court approval and am ordered to meet with a mediator. The woman attorney as been investigating me but I can't figure out what she is up to, telling my wife(ex) that she would fix my marriage when i know that under all circumstance I am not changing my mind to accept anything less than divorce. I came home this morning and my wife acted up. She intentionally wet my bed, saying its too much to bear, she loves me,etc, got all stuff from the ice box asking me what would she do to make things work out? Wet all the couches;asking me why I don't ask her for sex etc. She continued complaining that its too much for her to bear living with me under one roof, treating well, not abusive despite of what we are going through. I know she is coming for my computer. what would I do?

OK well before i met my husband he had an ex girl friend who lets just say fell from an ugly tree and didnt miss a branch...well while she was living in home off his income he later found out she was having sex with 7 other people. well she got pregnant. come time for that baby to be born she left the name on the birth certificate blank for the father...well she realized mc donalds wasnt going to get her ahead in life with a child so she went to court and said my husband was the father...which makes sense cause he was the only one with a job that could pay child support...well she had the court date set up while he was out of town for work he knew nothing about the court till he got back. and since he didnt go to court to argue the fact he dosent believe that child is his they deemed him the father cause he didnt show up for court. well my question is how the hell can we do this? we have went through lawyers for 2 years to find out how to make her do a paternity and no one will help us

Her husband is a doctor and he still delights after forty years of coming home to her and her skills.
He doesnt know she uses skills

Ok this is ridiculous. My husband was having a drink at his friend's house with his other friends and I can't imagine that they would do such a thing..they cut off his penis while he was drunk. They told him that it would grow back and it has been months and it hasn't..what should I do? I'm really screwed this time...

Y do women love haveing sex before they r married but after it goes down to 1 or 2 times a month? My wife and I have been married for 11 yrs and together for 16, I am very open minded and love to please her but whenever i try to start up with foreplay she is not in the mood, but she will turn around a couple of days later ask me y does she have to always get things started. I havethis problem which I am sure other wives have as well. My husband works a 40hours week job. I am homw at the time with our two children, 3 years and 6 months. I am a full time student and take care of everything around the house as well as bills and the likes.
Next week I am starting a part time job, because I am sick of my husband saying I am not doing anything. It is relly hard to get things done when constantly someone cries and needs something. I was recently honored with an award for outstanding academic performance, and I am a foreigner. All these thing I do or achieve and still, my husband doesn't notice any of them, and he doesn't help out at all. What can I do to make him understand that I need help?

my daughters father has tried for years to win me back he asked me to get divorced and marry him several times i don't love him that way and told him it wouldn't work. he knows the only reason me being seperated right now is working is i talk to a married man who i feel strongly about and i want to try to see him for christmas. i feel bad if i go anywhere but the man i want is married and he has a hard time getting away. i think he got upset this morning because i told him that i will have house guest for x-mas. they both know about each other and my daughters father knows i would not have left if it hadn't been for this man and the way he makes me feel about myself but he thinks i'm going to fall flat on my face if i keep talking to him. i tried to stop the phone calls but they have become more often and more intense since then i told him i would like some answers or i need to move on. i don't want anyone to get hurt especially the one who keeps me smiling every day.

Would a woman like to receive a note or email from her spouse as to what they would like to do to them in a sexual nature. I am not talking nasty, but a note to tell them how much they were loved and they were being thought about in a desireful way. I would like to maybe let my wife stew on it and get the juices flowing as it might be. Something to arrouse her and have something to look forward to. Is this a good or bad idea. I know there is no noticeable physical or biological changes so I'm really asking about any feelings around it. I'm sure you felt more risk-free. Did it put husband or wife more at ease? Did that at ease increase frequency? Either of you behave more risque? Enjoy it in more places? More quickies? Or was it just a ho-hum kinda thing?

As condoms were our birth control of choice, I expect some things to be different but not sure what. I'm not sure how she will view it.

So here is my problem. I decided that I want a divorce. I thought long and hard about it. Decided that divorce is what is best for me. I left my husband he filed for divorce. It will be final the day after Christmas. Well, things went wrong when I left I ended up needing to move back into our house. Now I am really confused. I dont love him, dont want to be here, but he wants me to stay, he wants the divorce to go through. Only after I convinced him that I cannot gaurntee I wont pack up and leave in a week. I dont want to hurt him anymore then I already have. How do I leave now without seeming like a cold hearted person that I have been acting like?

Are women brainwashed to believe they are only good for Playboy or making babies?

Seems like many women(even men) are catty towards each other and cannot accept females as authority figures.
Cause if that wasnt the case there would have been at LEAST 1 woman President in America by now.......since the year America, land of the free and equal was born.

Over 200 years of "free and equal" and no woman President yet? hmmmmmmmmmmmm interesting.

And for those who are slow and will point out that women havent had the right to vote until recently...........THAT's exactly my point. It isnt free and equal then..... is it?????

My husband jim-bob whos my cousin on my momma's side is a plumber. He as doing a job the other day and was gone teh entire night! He told me that them bears in calcutta took all his tools adn told him that they needed them to fix their little bear house. I believed him beause it is the time of the year when all the bears fix their houses and prepare to hibernate you it sounded like a realistic story to me. but today I found a pair of under britches in the back of his truck. He told me that the two bears were foolin around in the back of his truck trying to make little bear babies. What should I do bout jim-bob??

does it have something to do with his past? he has been cheated twice by his 2 ex.. they both left him for another men. his last relationship was 8 years ago and then he met me and got married, i am 26 and he is 40. he is a very good husband except the jealousy-- for example: there was this cute dead football player i saw on youtube namely miklos feher and i keep watching his video and telling my husband how handsome he is and he is too hot to die but my husband got angry and told me all i did the whole day is watch his videos.. it took me a while to realize he was jealous! there is also an instance when he caught me looking at the myspace profile of the guy i used to have sweet relationship online and he got mad, we fought because of it! and then i was chatting to this same guy and he was only telling me about his new job and he knew i was married and i made it clear to him that i was happily married but my husband took it against me again and we didnt speak for 2 days because of it!

2 years ago I found out my husband was cheating. I can't be sure if it was the first time. He says it was because I insisted on my managing my own salary and not saving money with him, so I showed lack of commitment. Although I explained that he had control for 15 years but I found his ways too strict and I had to ask for every penny. Today I suspect he still cheats, I am not sure, but a friend of mine suggests that we pool our money again to try and give him back his power because if he didn't love me he would have left by now irrelevant of our daughter doing exams etc., I don't know if this would work and if I can trust him because yesterday he swore blind he was in one place when I know with 100% accuracy that he was 35 miles away. I gave him a chance to tell me the truth but his insists he was there, I pleaded with him not to mess me around and he insists he is not messing around. I need some advise please. I know you will say once a cheat etc. but we have been together 20 years
