I do hope, I can express this right,. My 9 yr old has a girl friend, whose mother is a compulsive liar, I dislike the woman intensly.She lies so much, that it`s easy to catch. lol Anyone, know a good way, to let her know, that I do not have the word SUCKER on my forehead.

I would`nt let my daughter go to her house-no way. Too much trash going on there.House-nasty, nasty.I think they are into drugs.Had to call E. M. S., a neighbor, told me cause hubbie, beat her up.Her daughter, had to miss school to take care of her. ugh, she turns my stomach.

Let it go in one ear and out the other. Or better yet, use it for entertainmenrt purposes. I will sometimes let people droll on just to see how far they will go with it.

I know it's hard to understand why people lie alot, but if her life is bad thats why she is doing it.I do understand you not wanting your child to be there but if you could show some empathy for this woman but at the same time let her know you don't buy into everything she says maybe you could help her in some small way, you don't even have to like her to help but its easy to just walk away if u could just show her that you know her life isn't easy but it's not ok with you to be lied to then you might make a differnce in this womans life. Just an idea.

Why do you care such a lot besides ? If she wishes to mislead have a popularity in university, simply allow her do it. Do you believe you're the one one noticing her lies ? Im definite there are already many persons commencing to discover she is mendacity. If now not but then they are going to ultimately. You mentioned she is simplest acquaintance proper ? So you should not care that so much. If you recollect her as a pal then simply speak to her in personal and give an explanation for her that you just suppose dangerous approximately her lies etc. If she hold to lie then what style of pal is that ? And what style of pal unfold a rumor that you're a lesbian besides ? If i have been you i could steer clear of her and now not care in any respect.

Just smile and nod. There is no point in confronting her about her lies unless it's harmful to you or others. Let your daughter know you are aware that her friends mother has a problem with lying and be a good example.

My father was a habitual liar. You just say ok, and pretend she didn't say anything. If she says school is letting out early the next day, you just call the school and ask. Don't put any stock into anything she says.

When you catch her in a lie confront the lie. If she repeats it, confront it again... for as long as it takes. Eventually, she will stop lying to you or avoid you. Either way, you win.
