Okay, obviously I mean "fixed" or "snipped". We have ENOUGH pro-creaters in this world. We are becoming over populated as it is. I think that all men should dispence their sperm into a bank, for when they are ready to create a child. As many samples as they want to give. And then get fixed. This would fixed all unplanned pregnancies and over populated people problems. Why not fix where the problem begins? Sure, you can get angry and are all "prideful" about your little smelly berries, but really......this would fix so many problems..haha..

HELLO This is new for me! I and my husband been married for seven years now. I say around the second or third year of marriage it started to take a turn. Don't get me wrong he great with the kids, he a great provider, however the communication and relationship that we have are not the same. We barely talk and when we do it is when we are apart. Sex is minimum. I have grown tired of that. I am not an unattractive female I'm sure I wouldn't have a problem finding a man but that is not the point. I'm trying to save my marriage we have went to dozens of counseling. None has worked we even separated for a couple of months and got back together to try at again however we ended up back in the same boat. I am tired of being in the same household with my husband and feel that he is not there I am tired of going through of not having sex for six mo. almost two yrs once. He stated he would rather leave because he feel he doesn't need to change. Im tired of doing all the sacrificing.

My husband and I have been together for 11 years. The past few years hasnt been very good. We argue all the time, we cant get along at all. He pays no attention to me. He works all the time and when he is home, hes either sleeping or watching tv. I feel like I come in second next to his job. We never have anything to talk about with each other. He use to kiss me goodbye when leaving for work, now he just rushes out the door, without even a bye. I feel like hes a stranger to me. I miss what we use to have, I feel like he doesnt even love or like me anymore. Ive asked him to help me work this out, but he wont. I guess what Im asking, is this something every couple that has been together for a long time goes through? Is it that we are bored of each other? To be married, I sure do feel lonely......

A single man/woman who knows that your married is checking you out. What would you do?Do you think its alright to smile and wink at them as long as it didnt go past that or would you ignore them because you would consider flirting as a form of cheating on your spouse?

I no longer can have any children. I am not ' fixed '. I am 40 yrs old. He is 42. He decided to get ' fixed '.
Why do you suppose after 19 yrs of marriage and the fact that I can no longer have kids, would he decide to get ' fixed ' ?

Please leave only decent comments. He's not messing around.

I told my husband that I don't mind him talking to his ex-girlfriend, but recently I found he created a second facebook account and his EX is his only "friend". Why would he hide this from me? Should I be concerned when I go away next weekend without him?

Here are the possible answers:

1 - Nobody is at fault. I disagree because the receiver chose to be offended before understanding what was said; therefore, it is their responsibility to apologize once it has been clarified.

2 - The giver is at fault. They should have been more clear, right? I also disagree here. Why should I have to walk on eggshells all my days? Everything I said would have to pass through a lawyer before I said it!

3 - The receiver is at fault. The moment something seemed offensive, they should have asked for clarification before getting emotional about it. This is the answer with which I side, unless you can present a better case. I'm open for suggestions.

4 - Both are at fault. I also disagree here. If I say something that had no negative meaning and it was taken the wrong way, why should I have to apologize for it?

I think relationships can work out better if we can identify where the root of the problem is, the receiver's *choice* to get offended.

We have been married for 5 1/2 years. We have a beautiful 2 year old son together. I come from a very religious family who frowns on divorce. I would like to make the marriage work for my son's sake. My husband yells at me for every little thing. If I am not doing something fast enough for him he yells at me. If I say something wrong by accident he talks to me in a mean voice and insults me. He has been physically abusive to me in the past. He has shoved me, hit me, punched me, put his hands around my neck, twisted my arms and thrown me down. He hasn't beaten me though. He has never done all of these things at the same time and I have not suffered any bruises. He hasn't done anything physically abusive to me in about a year now. He continues to be verbally abusive to me though. He cusses a lot and insults me. I can't talk to him about concerns without him getting mad at me. My husband has said he would change, but has yet to do it. What should I do? I don't yell or cuss at him.

I am a professional nurse..own my own home and am financially responsible. He is great with my kids.. I have heard many times from him that "we will get married someday"..I want an engagement ring..Want some kind of definate commitment from him..He was engaged before, and owned a house with his ex, but she cheated on him and they broke up(she got the house). I can understand him being afraid..but I have been loyal, loving and supportive of him..How can I get "the ring" that I want so bad?? He does not like to even talk about it..All I get is we will get married someday-someday I will get you a ring...I cannot wait forever..What should I do??

What are your thoughts on attraction? Is it purely physical at the beginning. Do you have to begin with attraction or can it be developed over time? I think emotional and spiritual attraction keep us in love and is what makes strong relationships. Appreciating how lucky I am to have my spouse makes me think of her as sexier? What is it that attracts you to your spouse besides physical appearance? Also Why dose attraction sometimes fade? What makes it fade? Lastly, what prevents it from fading?

Sorry for so many ?'s

I'm 28 and my boyfriend is 24. In the beginning, he talked about getting married and we are very much in love. We lived together for like 4 months and I moved back in with my parents because he really wasn't ready for me to move in since we both hadn't been in a serious relationship for like 4-5 years (I have been divorced) and he had never lived with a girlfriend before... but since I moved out we've become a lot closer and our relationship is a lot stronger. I know he's the one I want forever.

We have been together 8 months and I REALLY want a ring. Just a promise ring... I'm not talking like getting married tomorrow. It's just that a ring is the ultimate symbol of commitment.. and plus, that means he's serious. He's already taking me to meet his mom next year. How would I let him know that I really want that commitment? I'm not getting any younger, I want kids and a family eventually and I really wanna know if he's serious about our future or not.
