I married the guy I met when I was 18 but I am still best friend with a guy I went to school with in the first grade. Makes me wonder if he is still in my life for a reason.. You know!

My friend's mom married her THIRD grade sweeatheart. No kidding! I live in a small town though. Not really surprising. It's like Andy Griffith re runs where I live. But, yeah, it's possible.

No.

It is possible. My niece did and they now have 3 boys. He treats her like dirt and she holds onto the fact that they have been together since they were 12, so what. She has no idea what it is to be in a relationship that is positive.

My friend! They were boyfriend/girlfriend since middle school. After college they got married. I envy their relationship. They are so loving to each other...and they are also best friends. So it's definitely possible!

My mums friends met when they were 13, and now, almost 40 years later, they're still growing strong :) It's very possible.
