(I know an older out-going woman who loves to dance & her husband refuses to-even when they went on cruizes! (what would you do?)
-are there other things you love to do but they refuse?

Ah, I would try to do something that they wanted me to do but I didn't want too, in return for them making the effort to dance with me....
I would try to discuss it with them and find out the reason why they did not want too....
There is always something that you wont want to do that your partner will, so its all about compromise... my boyfriend does arty things with me even though he is shocking at it, and in return I play sports with him, even though I am not the sporty type....
I wouldn't have a problem with the actual act of not wanting to dance, but I would have a problem with someone who wouldn't want to try new things with me and expand there horizons just because they were scared.... If they were like that, I would not be with them....

I like to dance...I don't love to dance. I would do nothing if someone did want to dance. Because if they don't want to dance they don't want to dance. I personally would have a spouse/lover that liked the same things that I do. Love, honey

Yes, I love to dance and my husband don't. So when I want to go dancing I go with my girlfriends and dance with them. My husband loves to golf and I don't want to golf. It is OK to have your own interest apart from each other.

well, i dont have a spouse becuz im only 14. but i LOVE to dance!!!!!! my mom hosted a dance party last nite and i moved like there was no tomorrow with my friends! :)

my hubby doesn't like to dance, but he lets me go out on the dance floor. . .I usually dance by myself but occasionally some guy will get up close to me and my husband laughs his butt off when I look at him for HELP. . . he just nods his head no and says. . .you got yourself into it by going out there!!!
