There are no real differences between men and women aside from the obvious physical traits. The differences that appear to be there, such as personality traits are arbitrary results of socialization. Examples of this are found in sex drives, emotional expression, assertiveness etc. There is nothing natural about the stereotypical male or female. There is nothing biological about the differences between men and women, even that study the first poster talks about is skewed do to unequal socialization.
