I'm not sure that is legal unless you have the authority. I'd say if you're trying to find someone for a good reason (i.e. child support, alimony, etc.) hire a private investigator.

It would be problematic at best (and time-consuming and expensive at the worst) to attempt this on your own. Most sites geared toward answering these types of questions require payment; and often their answers given after payment are unsatisfactory.
