what's something that i can do for my husband that's spontaneous and doesn't come from a chick flick.
in other words -what would you want a woman to do for you that's out of the ordinary of your daily routine?
oh and doesn't involve sex.. trust me we don't need help there.

Would u get married again? I know many people are happily married...my parents included. But they both say if they could do it over they would have waited longer (they married after 3 MONTHS of dating!!!). Their 25th anniv is in March. So many couples around me are crumbling and divvying up assets, posessions, KIDS, etc. So....would u get married again?

mothers are usually the ones who get to spend the time with their kids, I understand that. but for a wife to say to the husband, "we (the wife and the kid) are going for a walk without you because you don't do what I say," it seems a little extreme, perhaps somewhat illegal. and of course this was not an isolated case of this kind. I believe the parents should be able to discuss the real matter without using the kids.

but when the wife keeps using the kids to defend her self in one way or another, is there any legal action the father can take? is this considered some kind of parental alienation?

My daughter asked me to post this:She's a christian woman who's been together with her husband for 6years. They have a son and custody of another boy at stake in their relationship. She feels torn because she doesn't feel her husband responds to her as a wife and lover. She feels trapped as a caretaker of two children and a live-in friend that's only there to pay the bills. Recently he accused her of cheating on him because she picked up a few friends to talk to that ARE men about the situation. This in mind, she has found another person that she cares alot about and now is thinking about leaving her marriage for this "other" person. She feels torn because she KNOWS it's wrong and sinful to feel this way but at the same time she doesn't feel her husband treats her as a wife. Communication is a key but talking to her husband has only made him more suspicious and not understand her even more. The friend she talks to alot says he cares for her alot but we all know how that can play out. She is really confused about the whole situations that are present and can't really think about much anymore....she goes through life and through the motions but her heart is not there and she feels like a failure.

How do you know when you are ready to tie the knot? I'm pregnant with our first child and me and the father are engaged, but I'm not sure if I should make it a long engagement or get married sooner. How do you know when you are really ready?

I'm usually one to answer anything my friend asks me, but I truly couldn't answer how to know if someone is the one. What makes it increasingly more confusing is the fact that I thought this one guy was my soulmate and I was completely wrong. Then I had this other friend who felt so connected to a guy that she knew when he was nearby and yet he stopped seeing her and is now married to another woman. Feelings and signs can be so misleading to the human soul. How would you really know? Tell me if you've experienced or witnessed the possibility of one really knowing and being right about it?

She had to move in with me, she is in a bad mood everyday. She argues with me, my kid and my wife. She lives for free, I gave her a car to drive, she has it pretty easy. Growing up I lived with my dad because she was a pretty bad mother and I still took her in when I had to. The point to my question is, it is getting to the point where she is causing trouble in my household, I have talked to her about it and she will not stop complaining about everything and just being mean to everyone. My wife will not even be home if I am not there because my mother just nags none stop. The question is should I kick my mother out because all of the problems she is causing, or do I let my wife be unhappy in her own home just to take care of my mother.

and now that he has remarried you try to do anything you can to stay in the middle of his life "because of the kids". (being sarcastic) I would love to hear honest answers from honest exes....tell me - I would love to know. Why do you cause so much grief in the midst of his new life and try to break up his new marriage.

My husband and I have been hanging out with another couple just about every weekend for a little over a year now. We're all really good friends. In fact, my husband and him have been best friends for about 10 years. We go places together. Our kids play together. All should be great! The problem is that I think my husband is sleeping with his best friends wife. Any time we're together, they always sit beside each other. They play around with each other. They're really touchy, feely with each other. I catch them staring at each other a lot and they act like they're sharing a private joke sometimes. Also, they always seem to find some reason to be alone together. Sometimes she has to ride with him to the store. Or he has to take something to her house "for his friend". It all seems a little suspicious to me. I've never seen anything really inappropriate happen between them. I just have a gut feeling there's more there than should be. How do I find out for sure? Help!

I met my girl friend who is 25 years old (I am 32) over a month ago, she mention her previous boy friend was quite large. Last week was the first time we made love, I am not small about 8" but I was surprised as if there was nobody home. She too was disapointed, would it be true once a woman had quite an endowed man before would still desire what she had experienced before?

I was married to a successful physician for 14 years. I never worked, I stayed home for 10 years to care for our children never once pursuing my own dreams & desires. I moved all over the country for the pursuit of his career. When we divorced, we split a substantial amount of money and he agreed to pay me alimony. I did not press the issue but he makes so much money it was a drop in the bucket. Why should I feel guilty for taking what was rightfully mine for 14 years of marriage, baring and raising his two children? I get tired of people faulting me for receiving what's rightfully mine. Why do so many women/men disagree with me?
