A child is not like a cloth you can lend someone. Even if you give your kids for adaption, the fact remain that's your child. I have a true friend who has been there for me as I have been there for him. just like a loving brother. When he go married, I was there as best man etc.I do greatly respect him and his wife soo much. Recently he found that he is not productive to pregnant a woman. His wife don't want to adapt, neither accept sperm donors etc and they talked it over with her husband and agreed to have me give my friend a fatherhood gift. To be sleeping with is wife to get her pregnant but I will never claim that child to be mine. He send me paper to sign and has pleaded with me to help him out. They do love each other soo much and married for 15years. I have told him I can't do it but he is putting much presure on me, begging, pleading etc, they wife is ready for it. What can I do? The wife wants a copy right of my kids. She loves my kids and wish that they were hers.

Men leave there wives easy. It seems like and it doesn't bother them. You'll see them a month later with another women or a lot of times their with them sooner but of course don't reveal it. Like their marriage meant nothing They don't write or call did they never care at all? Some even treat their kids really bad or forget them altogether. Explain this to me guys. Especially the part of why a lot of you neglect your children after a divorce. After all if you hate your x-wife or wife seperated from why treat your INNOCENT kids bad by not calling them ect.

Going to Florida with husband who does NOT like to fly and two boys 6, & 8 who have NEVER been on an airplane. Because of when the flight was booked, could only get 3 seats together, the other is off by it's self.
Would I be a bad mom if I made my husband sit with the boys, while I sit by myself and relax ?

It is hard to explain everything that will make you understand...I was married for 7 years, the first few years were good. Then he became more and more controlling and for lack of a better word, stuffy. He was not getting it that there were issues growing into problems, no matter how I tried to talk to him. It finally got to the point that I was so depressed and I figured I would just be miserable the rest of my life. Well, a big fight happened and we split up which I hoped was only temporary at first. Then I came to realize that even though I loved him, we could not be happy together. I guess he did too, he filed for divorce and gave up on us. I would like your opinions on how to find the ambition to thrive in life again. There are so many things that need to be done but I just can't find the point in it. It has been almost a year and still I don't know. I am happier now than I have been so I don't understand what the problem is still. Any suggestions?

My guy cheated on me, a year ago. We worked through it.
I know hes not cheating anymore , he is completely open with me in every way.
We recently moved in together ( after dating for 2 years). We are both divorced this is our second relationship.
Since I moved in I cannot stop thinking about him cheating???? It was over I had moved on, I hadnt thought about it in months, and I have NO reason too.
I just cant stop thinking about it. I dont know why? Could it be that I have moved so far to be with him? All the changes?

I just don't understand this. What ever happened to girls code? Do these women have no self respect? Whether the relationship is good, bad or being worked on, what on earth are they thinking? I know some women that just do it for the challenge, break up a relationship and then shortly there after break it off with the guy they poached. And then I have to laugh as well, because they got the guy to cheat on his partner and now they are together and she doesn't think he'd do it to her, or the guy doesn't think that she will do the same to someone else while they are together. Why do they feel they have the right to break up partnerships and familes. I guess I don't understand why they don't just leave the taken men alone and find their own. Are they so unhappy with themselves that they need to cause problems or more problems in a relationship just to make themselves feel better?

to commit..My sister is having problems like they;ve talked about marriage and he said he wants to marry her, gave her a promise ring. Well she wants to get married soon because Her grandpa is sick and she'd like him to be there but He said "I love you, but no. I don't understand why your gpa passing is a good reason to get married. I don't know if i'm ready to commit."

How can someone say they aren't ready commit when they've been in a long term relationship for 5 yrs? Like is seems like a lie everything he told her and she's confused and doesnt know what to do.

What would you do in this situation? Any advice i can give her?

I got divorced in 2003 and have the sole custody of my daughter who is 9 years old now. My previous husband has the rights to visit her once in a week. I want to take my daughter for a vacation out of India. My previous husband has refused to give a no objection letter to get her passport. Is there any way I can get her passport done.

Also, my daughter does not like to meet him anymore, but due to legal obligations I have been forcing her to meet him. Can I appeal in the court to not have him meet her weekly, but only when she wants to meet him?

I have got married again and my daughter wants to get her name changed to our new surname. The school has refused to do so as my previous husband is not giving a letter of no objection. Is there any way I can get her name changed. Also can my husband adopt my daughter? What is the process?

I live in Maharashtra, India.

I have checked with 2-3 lawyers have not recd proper guidance.

Should the two couples get the same amount as the two singles ones (that they will share) or should all six of them be given the same amount. My friend from work asked me this tonight. He does not want anyone to get mad or to feel slighted. What do you think?

Would it be wrong for a married couple to have their house, which they both live in as a married couple, but also have an apartment or condo that they both could use as a place to get away to when needed or is this actually a great idea?

Are there people still out there that believe pornography is wrong? If so, are you married/seriously dating and does your significant other feel the same way? What happens when one messes up?

I need some outside prospective…
My fiancé and I have a child together(he’s 11 months). My fiancé works full-time. I stay at home with our child and I am also a full-time student. This is my concern…
We both pay the bills, I have money saved up from working when I was pregnant ect. So, I pay half of all of our bills each month. I also staying at home with our child and take care of the household stuff(laundry, dishes, taking care of our child, my school work and so on). Is it safe for me to assume that we should be 50/50…? That he should help contribute to the household chores? I am a stay-at-home mom, yet Im not. I still pay all my bills and half, if not more, of the bills in the household. In my perspective a stay-at-home mom is mother that stays home and takes care of the children and all of the household needs while the husband makes a living. HOWEVER, this is not the case with us? Am I outa line?

I have one of the world's greatest dilemmas. There's this guy who I've liked for a few years now, and I wanna tell him how I feel but he's been in a relationship for atleast a year now. I want him to be happy. I think he's happy, so I dare not come in between that because I don't want to be a homewrecker. Unless I undoubtedly felt I could make him happier. I don't know, I'm not the world's most confident person. He's a really great guy, and for the first time I'm going for a guy who I can say I like for all the right reasons. I tried the whole moving on thing, and it's fine for all of one day and then he comes around and we have these meaningful conversations and laughs and I just wanna stay in that moment. We are close friends and he'll be graduating a semester sooner in a month and I won't get to see him next year. I may never see him again. For the last few weeks I was half alright with that because my way of thinking was that atleast I don't have to have this false hope that someday he'll be mine. He's so great and I tend to be picky but with him I'm 100% sure I wanna be with him and he is the right guy for me. I can truly see myself with him and I love the time we spend together in between classes. He's suportive, he makes it a first priority to come to my performances and he even helped me study for my spanish test. My heart does not feel pain because I want what's best for him and he and his girlfriend look really good together. Who am I to come in between that if he's truly happy is what I ask myself. At the same time, what if this is the guy for me and I choose to sit off to the side and allow myself to lose the best thing that could ever happen for me? Seriously, what would you do?

I have been doing grown up things with this guy for about a year, but we are not in a relationship. When he comes over he like to take pictures. He never takes them of my face he only takes them of what going on down below. He will them edit and crop them, and email them to me. My question is, is this something guys like to do, do guys add them to their collection, or do they just go back, and look at them from time to time. I asked him, and he said that in the past women were never really down for pictures, and he was shocked that I agreed to it. I am ok with it, and it does not bother me, I just wanted to know what do he do with the pictures, and why does he like taking them.
