.She isnt afraid to touch me she sometimes touches or rubs agiasnt my arm

. She has tried to partner up with me before in science
It may seem obvious but she ignores me and doesnt really make an effort to get to know me. We have know each other for about a year but where not at the friends level.
I would talk to her but i just get so nervous i cant talk to her. oh ya were 18 shes 3 months older but i dont think she knows that
I really do care about her. when i look her in the eyes they just have this glow that really makes me think she feels the same way
she is not shy at all. like she talks around me just not to me

If your not friends you have no friendship to ruin. Tell her "you have the prettiest (insert eye color) eyes with just a hint of (silver if her eyes are blue gold if they are green or brown). I bet they would really sparkle at night. Can I take you out saturday and find out." Go somewhere unique. Dinner and movie? No if she's just being polit going out with you she'll never remember that. Think hot air balloon ride, riverboat table under the stars, Pick up fastfood takeout (yeah she's thinking that right now too) but than take her to eat it at some really little known spot with a great view. Just be as creative as possible but don't plan too much she may say no.

I'm sorry to say that she doesn't sound like she likes you that way...she is just a really friendly person. I mean since you two have known each other for a year already and she is still not doing anything to let you know specifically that she likes you that way she more likely doesn't.
