my boyfriend of 3 yrs recently dumped me. he is threatened by my independence. he feels emasculated and disrespected by my other male friends and independent life of him. he is 37 and im 25.


im sooo in love with him and love him to death. i would do anything to get him back. its been 15 days since we last spoke to eachother. im deathly afraid of making a wrong move.

he is a reasonable man, not totally chauvaunistic. im also willing to compromise, but now what is the next step? do i call him? or respect his definitive decision?




if i call him, i dont want him to think that i cant respect his decision or appear "clingy or desperate".
if i dont call him, i dont want him to think i no longer want to be with him or am with someone else


please help me.

I have recently moved in with my significant other, and I have in no way shape or form acted or hinted that I would or have EVER cheated on him. His EX was all the bad, went out all the time, never made him dinner, and possibly cheated on him.. He has suggested a break, to see how we "feel" about each other after being apart for a while..I have ALWAYS Understood that when a guy tells you this, it's basically OVER..He says he loves me and wants to see if he'll miss me??..I'm confused...Or perhaps in denial..But he has given me the impression that he DOES miss me all the time, and that I'm all he thinks about...What could REALLY be the reason for his "Lets Take a Break" thing?? Please Help :(

my longtime boyfriends(9yrs) brother called him and asked him to drive him to a girls house that his brother likes and he said he would then i waited about 3 hrs and called him and asked him where he was cause i thought he was dropping him off there and when i called him he didnt answer untill 10 mins later and said they were playing cards. so i was like okayyyyy and about 2 hrs later i called him again and he says the car is broke down and they are waiting for someone to help them. his brother is one of those people that will have sex with anything that walks..lol but should i belive him or not was he really playing cards with someone he doesnt know with his brother or am i just a worry wart?

he's so nice to her, saying nice soothing things to her,

My husband and I started out having problems and then my ex-boyfriend an I started talking (email and phone, never in person) as friends. I think my feelings have come back for the ex and he tells me that he still loves me. He is also married. I truely, truely love my husband. I can't tell him about this because i don't want to run the chance of losing him. I have not physically cheated but I am so stressed. My husband and I have kind of worked our problems out now. Not toomention some other life problems to add on top. Help me with some advice. Grown ups please, no children or teenagers answer please. Serious answers only. I can't talk to my best friend because she might accidentally say something to her husband and then he might repeat it. What do I do, do I need to see a doctor or what?

if you are married in your opinion does your partner and kids become your new family (as in the ones that come first) and do your parents, brothers, sisters etc then become your extended family?

I'm 42 years old and divorced the prob is that when I was 29 I was pressured in being sterilised or loose my kids by the state I haven't remarried since cos of this I feel so guilty any one help me with advice? I love my kids 2 bits but cos of this I am not able to start a relationship let alone marry the guy if I do!

he is 30, already had a problem, but 'supposedly' got himself cleaned up without treatment. main issue, no proof, but i watch his 18 month child, his girlfriend prefers not to ask questions, he has quit many a job, where is he getting his money...is he selling now? when i ask questions he cusses alot, tells me its none of my business. parents are basically in denial and ticked that i even mention law enforcement. what can i do...my niece deserves better!

im 17 years old.

were engaged to be married and
couldn't be more loved up with each other.
he gets paid 20,000 a year (so were
quite financial stable). im still
studying and intend to carry on till
the end of my course next september.

I want to show him how much i love him
and that im going to be with him forever.

I met my hubby in high school, we were married a few months after graduation. It has always been rocky with us, he has moved out its over, by the way not the first time he has left. I need to get on with my life but dont know how. I am 33 years old and single for the first time in my life. I'm feeling lost. How long before I should consider dating? or at all . My husband and I have only been married for four months and all of the sudden our sex life has seemed to have stopped completely. He spends almost everyday masturbating to porn. I have asked him if there is anything bothering him or anything and have tried all different ways to initiate but he always has an excuse. Any ideas as to what the heck might be the problem. He has gained alot of weight over the last year and is very self concious, but I myself have lost weight and must say I look damn good. So I'm totally lost.
