we dated for 2 yrs and i ended it coz he gave the lame excuse of not being able to marry coz of family (quite a bullshit). he tred to contact a few times after the break-up and sounded desperate and heartbroken, urging me to be in touch - which i always declined.

as a person, he's reserved, laid back, innocent and quite square and simple. A very good looker and sought after by girls. his past ex girlfriends too are in touch with him and he obviosuly hasn't told anything to his wife....so why do you think is he doing this?

Do you continue a relationship with a married man when he has not committed to a divorce or separation. He is waiting on a 16 year old daughter to turn 18. Wife still lives in house and sleeps in guest room.Have been involved with this man for almose a year and we have grown very close though are challenged with the amount of quality time we spend together.

I have been dating this man for 5 months, he always gives me the feeling he is looking for other options. So I told him my feeling and was going to leave, he stopped me and says he will change job and move in with me(we are 2 hours away). I agreed since I like him very much. Then he contacted me a lot more than b4 for a week. Now Im on a business trip, for the whole week he didnt send me any msg(the phone cant be used). but every time I called him he says he missed me and wants to meet me ASAP. But he is aloof just like b4. I called him, he told me he already put in the application and the job is 45 mins away from my place(he said in case our relationship doesnt work out he still has a way out).
why is he acting like this, should I break up with him?

So my mom is cheating on my stepdad but it's with another woman. I'm not being judgemental cause i'm gay too but I still think it's odd to imagine my mom being a lesbian. Point being, should I tell my dad?

I just wanted to see what others opinions are as far as my situation. My husband seems lately like he's being sort of a jerk. I mean really. And I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant with our second child. Today, before he left for work, the subject of my baby shower comes up and out of the blue he says he's not going. This makes me very upset. He makes no sense!! I asked him why not... he just says, it's a baby shower. However, the thing of it is that he actually went to my daughters baby shower 4 years ago and all my brothers and step-dad were there then too and they're gonna be there again this time and I'm sure some of the wives may have their husbands/boyfriends. What I don't get is if he went before, why can't he go this time? He certainly won't be the only man there. This hurts my feelings really bad and I cried after he left. He asked me in a angry tone, Do I HAVE to go... stressing the word HAVE. I'm like no, I won't force you. Why is he being like this?? Anyone have any suggestions?

I live in my landlords house and I rent her room. She is 53 (and attractive), I am 26. I notice when I talk to her she licks her lips when we make eye contact. And she looked at my pakage the other day when I was standing up talking to her and she was sitting down in front of me. I am attracted to her and I am the only person who lives with her. I don't think she's been with anyone in the last two years. Her husband died two years ago of a heart attack. I'm thinking of making a move on her but I feel awkward. I am attracted to her and want to....do stuff with her...but like I said...it's weird. What should I do??

I have a friend who finds it very easy to charm women online. They just love him and frequently would get together with him in person. However, I went out to a bar with him a couple of times and he was far less successful. Why do you think that is?

I just asked another question on Yahoo Answers & based on the answers it looks like everyone thinks that ALL single mothers BASH their childrens father(s) ~Well, I'm not one of thoses types. I never have been & never will be, that is their FATHER & even though I don't agree on how he has handled parenting I will never make my kids feel bad about who he is or who they are (his children) It's up to them to decide how they feel about him with out me planting any ideas. So who are these mothers? I want to thank them for giving all single mothers a bad name.

Do you feel it is fair to make a non-custodial parent not be able to afford to live? The custodial parent makes more money than the non-custodial parent. The custodial parent will now have 4000 to live on and the non-custodial parent will now have 1000 to live on, whereas the non-custodial parent had 2000 to live on before. $1000 includes childcare. The non custodial parents income is so low now that they now are qualified for food stamps and free medical which means us the taxpayers are now paying for the child support decision. What do you think?

Need some advice my 3 year old daughter father is basically a deadbeat he sems to find it so easy to go for months without calling or interacting with her. He also works and does not help me finacially. I dont call him or ask for anything. I just sit back and see the ******* he is. He basically puts everybody and everything before his own child. He now uses me as an excuse because he does not like me and we have argued. Im trying to put aside my OWN dislike for him for the sake of my daughter. I gave him chances even after he messed up now she knows who he is and asks about him all the time. Each day goes by he still doesnt contact her. If I take him for child support I bet he will want to see her THEN just because he has to pay money! I wonder if its even worth it just to get a few dollars a month he doesnt love her the way a father should I admit it hurts, even stresses me out. He is basically using me as the excuse of why he cant deal with his daughter. What more can i possibly do?

Okay women tell me this. I have a husband who is a hunter and has been on a hunting trip since 10-16. I call him this morning. Happy thinking he is coming home. Nope. He is staying another night. I just find it weird. Why stay when your not seeing any deer. What is so enticing? I just don't get it.
I'm ready to leave.

Shouldn't family court judges be held accountable and shouldn't there be an appeal process to the decissions they make? I was told there was no appeal process to family court rulings by the state of Delaware. Some decissions put non-custodial parents in a position where they can't even take care of themselves let alone their children. Shouldn't there be some "just" form of checks and balances?

My son is 6 years old and his mother and I have not been together for 41/2 to 5 years. We were never married and have never went to court. Right now everything is fine. I pick my son up every chance i get. Also, I pay for nearly everything. Does she have the ability to take me to court for back child support? Am I able to protect myself in any way?

Why do they cheat when they have everything they can possible want from their partner. Good looks, good finances, mind blowing sex. Why do they still want to mess around and what makes them and why cant they say NO! Women say no all the time. Maybe we should start saying yes.

I believe that there are major discrepensies in the family courts and very illegal activities to include abuse of non-custodial parents, one sided representation and hearings, dragging out legal procedings to unfairly disadvantage the non-custodial parents by court costs while the custodial parent gets free legal services from the state.

My hubby has been out of town for the last 12 days on business. I went and visited him last weekend but I am going to stay at home this weekend by myself. I was wondering what are some ideas of things that I can do by myself. I have thought about going to the zoo, to the movies, what else is there to do all by yourself? Oh and by the way we just moved to St. Louis and have not yet made any friends. So hangin out with friends is not an option.

I'm trying to get a ballpark figure of how much child support I would have to pay if I made 40,000 and my ex made 32,000 a year with 50 percent shared custody of our child. I was told the judge favored the Colorado rule in situations like this. Does anyone know what the Colorado rule is, and how much money is going to get garnished from my check?

The state makes new rules to make child support fairer to the parties but are they monitoring the fairness of treatment by judges and childs support agencies. I know they don't. The law and the courts are two separate entities and the courts and child support officers abuse the system rules to often to replace state welfare payments. Isn't the reason for most divorce one of lack of money or income?

About two months ago I started going out on Tuesday and Thursday nights and wouldn’t come home until around 10:30. I originally told my wife I was going bowling with some guys from work, but the problem is now she thinks I’m having an affair. She hasn’t confronted me about it, but I know her and I know she thinks that I am. The tension in my house is so bad it could be cut with a knife. What my wife really doesn’t know is that I’m actually taking ballet lessons, but I’ve been too embarrassed to tell her. I have to drive all the way across town for fear of being caught by someone I know. I’ve always had this tough guy image around her, our family and friends, so it’s kind of hard to admit that I enjoy frolicking around in black tights. Should I just give in and tell her what’s really going on?

Whenever we get into a big argument, my husband always calls his parents and makes me talk to them. He tells them that ONLY I have problems, and that they should talk to me about it. How do I tell him to stop doing it? I feel like it's our life, and if we have a problem, we should solve it between us. But he always brings his parents into it. My husband thinks I'm unreasonable, and that he's always right. He wants his parents to talk some sense into me. He knows I won't yell or talk back to them. I really don't know what to do. We just got into a really big argument the other day, and of course he called his mom and gave me the phone, but I was so fed up with it that I hung up on her without even talking to her. After that, my in-laws called constantly, but I refused to pick up.

Do you think it's necessary for my in-law's to jump in everytime my husband and I argue? Should I feel bad for not wanting them involved in my personal life?
