The state makes new rules to make child support fairer to the parties but are they monitoring the fairness of treatment by judges and childs support agencies. I know they don't. The law and the courts are two separate entities and the courts and child support officers abuse the system rules to often to replace state welfare payments. Isn't the reason for most divorce one of lack of money or income?

Well, the child support industry itself is a 24 Billion Dollar a year industry second only to pornography. Do you really think that kind of income is going to consider sympathy for your income on a fair and equitable basis? Yeah, me neither. The honest truth is that the courts and those affiliated with the child support systems are only interested in the money and have no idea what the best interest of the children could possibly be and they will always, always, always do what is in the best interest of the revenue of the courts and the child suppor systems affiliates, psychiatrists, psychologists and those that can milk the people out of as much money with court orders as they can until most men either die or are incarcerated. They do not promote the family unit and have stopped caring completely about the sanctity of marriage and actually promote divorce after enticing tax deductions for couples with children to feed the system. Wow, must be a pretty big industry. Sanctioned by the church, encouraged by the government, and harvested by the courts, gee I thought that this was a free country and fraud was illegal, oh thats right, don't steal, the government hates the competition.

There will never be a law or system that will be fair to all parties involved or a way to make everyone happy. God cant even do that with all his powers and resources, because if he could man would most surely find a way to undo it. Our legal system will never be perfect but it does the best it can to be fair and equal to all involved but it has to work with what was or is presented in front of it and try its best to make all happy, and that just wont happen. Finances are a middle cause of divorces. Infidelity ramks higher

The early years are the main serious and who could you like to make certain your youngster's first steps? A daycare service or you and your spouse? Now that your marriage is breaking apart you like to plunge your spouse into having to be the biggest service of your toddlers? there'll a spot in her activity historic previous because of the years working at domicile and could desire a refresher course in her activity skills. Why do I have to pay child support when welfare is free? Is that what you are asking?

You are ridiculous... stop being a dead beat and give your children the money they need to survive.

Divorce laws are generally on the state level. Federal lawmakers (i.e. congress) have little to do with it. Look at the state senators and legislators where you live.
