Child support payments, colorado rule?

I'm trying to get a ballpark figure of how much child support I would have to pay if I made 40,000 and my ex made 32,000 a year with 50 percent shared custody of our child. I was told the judge favored the Colorado rule in situations like this. Does anyone know what the Colorado rule is, and how much money is going to get garnished from my check?

It shoule be about $500 a month. But with 50% shared custody you just might be able to pay $300.

Baically every state has its own formula for figuring out child support payments and Colorado has its very own thus the Colorado rule. The shared custody part really doesnt much figure into the equation of support. Each state does have a minimum amount pe each child per month set by your states legislature so the Judges have some guidelines to go by and how you pay it is your problem alone just as long as you pay it every month and are on time. Child support enforcement laws cover the entire world and are stricter than most felony criminal laws so you cant outrun or hide from them. Sorry I cant give you the exact figures for Colorado

the actually newborn help charge comes from you. the two you pay the state or it fairly is deducted out of your paycheck. The state then pays the custodial verify from that funds. If she is residing in Wyoming, she would be amassing welfare, scientific, and/or funds the help of that state, for the reason it fairly is break free newborn help.
