I have been divorced for nearly 16 years. I still have feeling for my ex-husband. I also have feeling for a man that has been my friend for nearly a year. Now he is my boyfriend. I'm not real sure what to do with these feelings or what they mean. My ex would love to have me back in his life. (So he says) How in the world can a girl make a choice without hurting feelings?

this is about a married 38 year old woman.her husband is 45 years old,he drinks a lot and also does drugs.the woman has told me that his friends come over to the house and drink,do drugs, and leave their trash all over the place.these friends of his are rude to this woman and accuse her of not cleaning the house.i know she does clean the house but the house is trashed very quickly.this man yells at his wife over every stupid thing using profanity,he does this in front of their 3 year old daughter.the man,his family, and his friends ridicule the woman and makes the woman feel bad about herself and she is often depressed and she complains about stomach pains and constipation.this woman also has a son who ridicules the woman and is violent toward her for no apparent reason.the womans mother who lives nearby also ridicules her.the woman has told me that she cannot do anything right and people treat her like crap.

My husband confronted a man about making me feel uncomfortable (flirting - staring, telling me I'm pretty, hanging around me). He says he didn't know he was making me feel like that, and acted like he was grateful my husband brought it to his attention and that his wife knows about his nature. The flirting has stopped, but, he keeps staring from a distance. Yesterday, he walked to the door to watch my husband and I walk away together. What is this??? Is he perverted? Should I be concerned? (This guy is not from work.)

to go off sex? I've been married for nearly 20 years (usually quite a happy marriage!) but i have gone off sex. I really have! Even the thought of having to do it to shut my husband up, (cos its been such a long time) makes me feel sick! If i never did it again it wouldn't bother me.... does any one else feel like this?

My wife will stay out all night gambling and the house is filthy, would I have a chance to get custody of my daughter if I filed for divorce?
Been putting up with it for 6 years now, plus she smokes a lot of weed.
I tried talking to her but I more or less gave up by now,I think my wife still wants to live the single life, but I,m scared to leave my little girl with her I think she will be neglected by my wife because she sleeps so much during the day.

My daughter is 2 1/2 and has not been away from me even a day since she was born. Her father is trying to fight me for joint custody even though a) he is a truck driver and works 2 weeks straight, b) lives 4 states away, c) wrote a bad check for the last child support payment I got from him, d) does not have a place of his own, and e) changes girlfriends more than I can count. Since my daughter was born I have had the same job and he has had more than 6. He has a hard time keeping a job and doesn't even have health insurance for her. Is he just trying to get me to believe he still has control of the situation or what? I would like some input about what to expect when we see a judge to settle the divorce and custody. Technically he abandoned us and the house which I am now paying for even though it is in his name. Can I get some help please? Thanks.

Honestly, I have worked hard all of my life, I busted my butt and got a promotion at my job. I starting to make really good money. I got married really young, and have one great boy. My wife is really starting to Nag me. I can't play my Xbox any more, or hang out with my friends. I have been having great conversions with this lady in my Office. She has been hinting that she would like something more. I think that I'm going for it.

My ex lives an hour and a half away. He insists that I do "half of the driving" if he is going to see my son. I really don't think that this is fair. Round trip the drive is three hours!! What should I do?

I have been married for five years, but I am not truly happy in my marriage. I get along with my wife, but we are not really connected. We do not have a lot in common, but once in a while we are able to carry on some good conversations.
We have a wonderful four-year-old daughter, and I am a devoted father. I absolutely adore my daughter, but I am terrified knowing that a divorce would make things worse for her.
Unfortunately, the divorce laws in my state greatly favor the mother in custody cases. My wife has some issues that are of concern, and I am uncomfortable with the idea of my wife getting primary custody. My wife has ADHD, depression, and, under stress, her immaturity surfaces in front of my daughter. My daughter sees the behaviors and has even asked me "Why is mommy acting like a baby?"
I have been able to tolerate my marriage because my daughter is there with me. I hate divorce, but it seems like it might be the right choice. I hate the state laws that work against me.

I have been taking care of my wonderful stepson since he was 2 yrs old. He's now 6. (The mom was on drugs at that time and wanted her son to stay with dad) We both knew she was a loser and we never demanded any money from her all these yrs. Since that time she has had a 3 yr. girl and I just had my new son. Last year my husband took the mom to court to establish custody because the mom had got on Welfare a couple of times without our knowledge. Anyway its established that they split custody, she get's him in the summer. We did not file for child support because she begged us not to cuz she needed to find a place to live. It's been a year since then! She still lives with her boyfriends parents. She had a job for a hot second and then quit. We told her, it's time to pay at least $100 so we can put him in karate. She couldn't even do that she sends $85. What do we do? I'm fed up! Now that I am not working I feel that she should get a job and pay.

Everything seemed fine in my life before a month or so ago. I am engaged to be married in a couple of years from now with a beautiful and loving girl. I started to get these unwanted images and thoughts in my head about all sorts of ****, including violence, unwanted sexual images, and a whole bunch of anxiety. Well what is really bugging me lately is that nowadays when I tell my fiance that I love her, i have this feeling of guilt, even sometimes when I touch her. But when I think of losing her or her being gone for along time, I get this feeling of anxiety and pain, like I know I would miss her alot. I have been seeing a phycologist and am seeing a phyciatrist next week, but with all of these thoughts I've never had before, could it be the depression messing with my mind? Because before I was diagnosed with it, I've never questioned my love for my fiance or our future. I guess I'm just so confused, I hate the idea of not loving her. She deserves to be loved and I want her to be happy

Last weekend my man was out of town on a golf outting with a bunch of friends. He left Thrusday morning and was due to come home Sunday. Sunday early afternoon he called me and complained about feeling like crap because of all the junk food and fast-food he's eaten all weekend and he would love nothing more then a home-cooked meal and a hot shower.
So I said I would make him dinner, and I asked him what time he will be home, and he told me 6:30. I said I would have dinner ready as soon as he walked in the door.
So I bust my butt all afternoon putting together an awesome dinner of comfort food - pork chops, mashed potatoes, the works.
6:30 comes and goes and he doesn't show. I called him a few times and he never answered.
He got home at 8:30. They were "stuck in traffic", and he didn't answer my calls or call me because he was in a car full of his friends and he didn't want to appear "whipped". Oh, and he was really hungry like, hours ago so they stopped at Taco Bell.

Hey all…

Just a little background on me, I just turned 26, I’m a Hispanic male 5’11”, Tan, Great shape.

I been married with my wife for about 6 yrs, I have known her since I was 12; she is the only female I have ever been with in all aspects…

I just had surgery on my knee to repair some torn ligaments from a football injury a few years back, because I want to get back into more physical activities,

Now my problem is She (my wife) has been acting really strange lately, she has lost a lot of weight, stopped eating the way she used to, said she has to go to the gym everyday, but most important she doesn’t have sex with me anymore… she never seems interested in me like before, this has never been a problem, and I’m sure as hell not selfish in bed, I’m a firm believer in Ladies first…

Any thoughts???

I appreciate it.

I have 2 adult children. My husband doesnt have children. I married my second husband a year ago. I came in to the marriage with 4 times more money than him. I want to leave half of my investments to my children. They are listed as beneficiaries on these accounts. Will that suffice, or should I spell it out in a will too?

I mean in a relationship, if the couple split up but are still in love and love each other very much.
what could that mean?
Do you think it could work out again?
The break up was for various reasons a small alcohol abuse & arguing mainly.
but anyway, do you think it could be worked out?
or would the 2 just be better going on with life loving eachother, but not being together? and there is also a child involved.
what do you think?

If your wife is bearable, and you are just bored. You are better off just cheating, and staying married. Divorce, Alimony, and child support too much money.
