I am just worried because I feel that my husband does not like having sex with me, I feel he prefers to play soccer or volley ball or whatever rather than having sex. For having sex he is always tired or he says is too late and he has to work the next day. We sometimes spend 2 or 3 months without sex at all. Is that normal for a couple that only has been married for about four years now? Thank you for your answers

This is driving me little crazy, I try to get close to my husband but he is cold, he will help me, and provide but when it comes to the feelings part he is not there, if I speak he says that I talk to much, If I want to hugh him, he is busy, If I ask him if he loves me he says he does but then he mumbles something and when I ask he changes the subject, He is very short on his words, I cannot complain about the kids, he is awsome with him, intimatelly he is not into it. He has sleeping issues, and If I want to kiss him even after brushing and using listerine He will either say I have bad bread and push me away or he just won't kiss back. we used to hugh eachother at night now he sleeps on oneside and I sleep in the other. he constantly critizises my wheight even though I am dieting, and this month I'm fasting because of ramadan. He is from another country so he has not told his parents about us, the kids are from my first marriage, my daughter has downsyndrome, and sometimes he coments

care that my ex husband is missing( or should I say jumped parole). He spent 7 years in prison and has never spent a dime on my son or hasn't seen my son in 6 years, my son is 10! I found out he is missing because I was really pushing the child support thing and the child support officed called his parole office, his parole officer told us that he has been missing for 3 months and when they find him. He is going back to prison. I truly dislike the jerk he was a horrible husband , he beat me and did drugs& drank all the time. He wouldn't keep a job. The best thing I ever did was leaving him! I have been calling people actually his grandmother I am close with to see if anybody has heard from him. I'm real close with his grandmother she would tell me the truth about them seeing him. Should I care that they are looking for him or should I mind my own business and not tell the police where he is if I find out where he is?Or do you understand why I care?

i first filed for divorce in june. Since he didn't respond i put the papers through default. they have been accepted to default.

does it take another 6 months for the judge to sign the papers or what, or do they still count it from the first day you submitted all forms.

We have no assets or anything else attached to our name.

Should it be a piece of cake here on out?

We were married for 20 years with 3 boys. He has been an alcoholic all our married life. I had an affair on him. The guilt and pain is killing me! I felt lonely. I know it wasnt right!!!! We have had sex and continue to play around with each other and still have alot of feelings for each other. He is doing the bar scene every night and dating as well. I am hoping that he will ask me to remarry him someday in the near future. Is there any hope at all for us? And how do I gain his trust back? Thank you all for your answers. Dont be affraid to offend me or be hard on me. I deserve it!

I am very happily married to a man 7 years younger than me. He's 25 and I'm 32. Everything is wonderful, even sex.. But lately, it's been off. Sex used to be long, very often and filled with passion. It's still passionate, but a lot less and not long at all. We have a 1 yr old daughter, and he works very hard, and we respect, love each other, and talk about any issues that arise. But lately, when we do have sex (once a week, sometimes 2) he is so built up that he cannot last very long. He promises to "make love" to me the next night, but of course he is satified and ends up falling asleep early. I've told him how I feel and he says "I need to please my wife more" very lovingly, but life just seems to keep him busy and tired. I can't dress sexy because we have kids around, so that's out. I've tried being flirtatious, sexy, and dressed up for him, but it only works on the nights he is sex starved, and he is way beyond controlling himself at that point. Any suggestions?

Me and my ex have been on and off for 4 years, a rollercoaster iv only just got off and finding it hard.. I know many people get addicted to drama but enough is enough now for my 2 year old daughters sake and mine! He cheated on me 3 times (once when i was in hospital) and came running back to me everytime.. and emotionally blackmailed me every time with suicide threats etc.. if I didn't have him back! This time I told him to go and is with another woman straight away how can someone be so cruel to someone they are supposed to be so in love with and go onto another partner straight away? Do you think he's sufferin deep inside for what he's done to me and our daughter in the past? He's now with a drug addict and on drugs himself and iv seen him around acting so happy it makes me sick after what he's done.. like he has no care! And im the one suffering when I shouldn't be.. HELP me figure out these strange minds of some people .. lol x

Sometimes, youll say something and they dont listen. You wait, and bring it up again. After a long time, thats it. And then theyll get mad that we did not remind them again and again, but if you do remeind them again and again, you would be nagging. I would admit i nagged but because i was fed-up already of his " i forgot"', " do/did i need to do that", and other excuses.Despite this, you love the guy thats why youre reminding him somethings, otherwise, you wouldnt care.

My hsuband and my sex life has diminished. He said he has no sexual desire.
Yet, he keeps waking me up in the middle of the night masturbating.
I told him it hurt my feelings. For him to tell me he has no desire and than show he has desire and do it right next to me. It hurt me.
If it was a normal healthy sexual realtionship, I dont think it would bother me,it never has before.
But..now...it hurts..
Its like a slam to me..I dont know what to say or do.

I just had a baby with my husband, we're going through a divorce. It was my decision and the hardest one I've ever had to make. We've fought for 5 years and even though we have been to counseling, it never got better. Plus, he's very ill tempered so it ended up bringing out the worst of me. There's so much more to the story, but I needed to leave. I don't want my daughter to go through that - and yes, people...I will be giving him as much visitation as he want (which right now, isn't much - he has two other children who live with him) So people, don't think I'm going to keep her from him - I need him to be in her life because I know she needs him.

But, really....I'm just sad. Can someone give me a virtual hug please??

Did you guys read about the German Politician who suggested this?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070921/od_uk_nm/oukoe_uk_germany_politics_marriage

I think she's on to something!

I'm not sure about the exact statistics, but I know that over half of married couples end up divorced anyways. Think of all the money they would save on divorce lawyers! The only problem I can think of, is what would happen to the kids and the couples material possessions? How would they be split up?

Of course if you are entirely in love and want to spend the rest of your life with your partner, your marriage should be renewed free of charge with just a couple of signatures or something. Unless of course you want to have another ceremony.

I think this law will inspire people to work harder to keep their marriages alive and happy. If you know that after 7 years, your spouse has the option to just not renew the marriage, free of charge, you'll probably make a better effort in your relationship.

they had talked on the phone multiple times, what would you do? About three weeks ago (on my birthday) I found out they were still talking on the phone and had actually seen each other once although she claims it was return some of his stuff and they didn't have sex. She assured me they had only talked a few times, that the affair was over, and she would let me know if he called again. Looking on our most recent phone bill, he called 6 times on my birthday, just minutes after my wife assured me it wouldn't happen again. She never said anything to me. In all, since we got back together they have spoken on the phone over 50 times, nearly every day, often 3 and 4 times a day. What should I do? There have been no phone calls (that I know of) for the past 10 days, since I called and threatened him. But they could have changed their preferred method of contact. My wife claims she is committed to me and that the affair is posivitely over, but phone bills don't lie, do they?

I recently won the lottery and my marrige hasnt been to well(12 years and 2 kids) me and my wife decided a couple of weeks ago to file for divorce, well after taxes I will get around 80 million and I dont want her to get half, california is a 50/50 state so likely she would get half, now I dont care about the house and
I can pay child support. she was against me buying lotto tickets but I bought one and won, I havent cashed it yet, and i dont know how long I'll be able to. I would wait till the divorce is over but that takes a long time. should I send the money to and offshore wire account or something, I honestly would rather die that give up 40 million(but if I do die then she gets it all) how do I stop her from getting half? since technically I bought the ticket during the marriage?

If he loves me still and believe in the sanctity of our marriage, that it is as well our commitment to God not just to ourselves, he shouldnt have filed. We should have to face it together, but i feel that hes leaving the problems on my own.He thinks its all my fault, and i refuse to believe that in my heart. WE both made mistakes together, and shouldnt couples solve them together, and not leave his/her partner when the going gets tough? Or is it just an American culture that differs in ours, but i know a lot of mixed marriages that survive though the toughest times.I am devastated, i feel that hes being selfish.

My daughter was asked to immediately put $2,500 in her lawyer's trust so they could respond to a request from the opposing council.

Since we didn't immediately have the $2,500, we had to ask the lawyer's office to remove themselves from the case (temporally). So, they were taken off the court record.

Now opposing council has a court date set for "Petition Status for Attorney".

Questions:

1. Can my daughter go to the 'petition' court date, without a lawyer, and explain to the judge that she will be reinstating her lawyer prior to the divorce case?

2. Should we pay the lawyer "now", prior to this petition court date? (we don't want to do this because opposing council will continue to artificially run up our bill until we're totally broke and can't pay for the actual divorce trial)

I should add, this divorce has been going on for 19 months and so far her lawyer has been paid and spent $23,000. For the actual trial, he wants another $10,000

She's a school teacher.
