Quality. But if you mean quality once a month, screw that. Quantity has to be reasonable for the couples sex drives.

Quality once a year doesn't equal quantity twice a week .

Quality? All sex has quality! Sex is like pizza -- when it's good, it's really good, and when it's bad, it's still pretty good. Therefore, my vote is for Quantity!
