My boyfriend is currently going through his divorce but it will be finished soon and he has been separated for a long time. We have talked about getting married but I dont want to get engaged until after his divorce is final. He is always asking me, "Would you marry me?", "Would you allow me to marry you?", and "Do you still want to marry me?". Of course I will marry him, that's not the question, but I dont want to say "yes, I would marry you" until he is free and clear from his divorce. How should I answer him for now so he doesnt think I wont marry him? Is he asking me these questions because he wants to be sure about my feelings before he pops the question?

My fiance' just started his career, which I support 110%, but he puts EVERYTHING into it to where there is nothing left for the things that matter most in his life; it's his entire life now! I told him before that relationships take work, and while his career is flourishing, our relationship is dying because he is giving nothing to it....needless to say, his feelings and what is happening I have been expecting.

He confessed to me last night that his feelings for me have faded in the past few months, and he doesn't understand why.He doesn't feel like we are connected anymore, and he feels horrible because he knows how much I love him.He admits he has put work first before me and everything.He is just a zombie now when it comes to work, me, and everything.

He says he is just feeling lost. What is really going on, and what has happened? What do we need to do to fix this?!

well after i was showing my wife and my these fabulous exfoliating products, my wife was like talking to my BFF fabio and last night we were having sex and I said that "I wish I could like take it up the butt sometime" and I think it was the worst thing I could have said during sex because now she will barely talk to me, my BFF fabio wont talk me me either, that silly goose says I need to get my affairs in order, now i dont know what to do, how do i get my wife to start talking to me again... the way things are going soon i might just have to try that thing I seen in brokeback mountain... because honestly I am starting to get tired of women... Been in a friendly but sexless marriage for many years, and recently fell in love with a married man. However, nothing happened, nothing even said, just flirting, tender looks, fingers touching, and loving smiles. Then I think his feelings were getting the better of him and he started to back off and now he has moved interstate with his wife...I can't help but feel he is trying to do the 'right thing' by his marriage...hence the distance from me. Can't help but admire him for this.....he could have had me anytime.
Anyway, my husband dropped a bombshell on me the other night by saying he would be willing to turn a blind eye if I cheated as he can't perform and it's not fair on me. He has a lot of probs, but he would rather watch porn than be intimate with me. He just isn't interested in me anymore...... I'm not after any other guy. I miss sex terribly, but I would feel guilty having casual affairs. Would like man's answer. Could you accept your wife cheating if circumstances similar?

Together for almost 16 years. Highschool sweethearts. We have three kids together whom we share custody of. She left me for a coworker and it was devestating. I'm moving on good now and realize that we where more roomates in the end then lovers. I wanted to save our marriage but I believe she was having to strong of feelings for him "greener grass syndrome" and bailed out. Its been almost 8 months now and I think of her often and was wondering if you think she sometimes thinks of me? She is still with her lover and seems happy.

Sounds like my wife and I are getting a divorce. We are currently separated and are sharing time with our 11/2 yr old daughter. Currently, my wife has her Sat night, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed day. I have her Wed evening, Thurs, Fri, Sat afternoon. But we both want weekends eventually as well. I know her school and activities will eventually dictate her schedule. I have 2 girlfriend and fell very much in love with them both. I got married with them. I spend half my day with my 1st girlfriend and the other half for my other girlfriend. They know about each other already. They were okay with it. So how come people don't have more than 1 girlfriend or 1 boyfriend? If they want to be with you, you can be with the other person. there are 5 billion people in the world, more than 1 person is bound to be your true love. so why not let it happen?

Alright I think that I am a very sweet and pretty girl. I do have a problem with voicing my opinion to people which is one of my biggest down falls but anyways my husband and I will be married for 5 years this coming friday and I have been having serious doubts about our relationship for a long time now.... I never hear I love you or even see him for more than 5 hours a week... he is always working or hanging out with his buddies. I dont like his friends so dont tell me to hang out with him... My wife said she left me because if I loved her I would have gotten her a bigger house,we have 4 children together and i love them deeply.Work for me is slow right now but i thought if you loved someone you stick it out(for better or worse).I am 28 years old and have sacrificed everything for her.The more I beg her back the madder she gets the more i tell her i love her the more she pushes me away.I am a good husband and a good father we all have are problems but should she leave over them.I here women every where saying how hard it is to find a good man .but she had one and just up and left.Is it that she has someone else?I have cryied my eyes out this past week and she has seen me crying and feels nothing.My heart is broken in half I find it hard to function at all .All I do all day is think about her and the kids. I just got married 3.5 months but was unaware i was pregnant at the time(i was bleeding).My hubby is 25 yrs old and i am 21 yrs old still in college.Before marriage we took a 4 month break because he was not sure.During the break i had a fling with an ex.bf we have a history (flings/dating)going back to senior yr of HS. I have been seperated for 9 months now and I continue to honor my marriage by not sleeping with anyone or even having an emotional relationship. At the same time my soon to be ex left me pregnant and with a 7 mnth old baby to spark a relationship with another woman. He does not see our first child and was not there at all thru my entire second pregnancy. He is even unwilling to pay child support because it's "too much" for him. With so many horrible things he has done to me and tomy children (not being a full time father to his own children but being one to another person's child) I still honor my marriage. I confronted my husband yesterday about his ongoing affair and lying. We agreed our relationship is over and we will be getting a divorce.

Our daughter is angry and wanted to confront the mistress. Against better judgement, my husband took our daugther to confront his mistress. He allowed her to say everything she was feeling about how she messed up our marriage and was mad at her father. She told her father she wants nothing to do with him, if he continues in a relationship with the mistress. The mistress said that she needs to have a relationship with her father, and she will not be in their home when she wants to visit. She said she never had to see her or talk to her again, but she should have a relationship with her dad.

Our daughter is upset about everything and I don't know how we can fix things for her. Maybe she never should have been involved, but it is too late now. Any suggestions?

A friend has had a couple of horrible calls accusing her boyfriend of cheating....but the caller has been non specific about who, when etc...just that he is cheating. 1st call the number was witheld, second was a text from a payphone. My fiance and I have been together for almost 7 years. We are getting married in July. I've had problems in my past with alcohol since my dad is an alcoholic and when we first started dating I was upfront about it. We made an agreement to not drink alcohol when we're not together. After being sweet and honest to me for the past 7 years, he recently drank with the guys on the way home from work and then lied straight to my face when I smelled his alcohol breath. Now it seems like our relationship is falling apart. He promised he wouldn't do it again, but he stays away with the guys for work a couple of days a week (their motel is right next to a bar/club). I just feel like I don't believe him when he says he isn't drinking. We are supposed to be getting married in 5 weeks and I don't know what to do anymore I love him with all of my heart but I just can't seem to trust him anymore since he lied to me. Has anyone been through this before and how did it work out?

Believe it or not the biggest reason my wife is giving me for wanting a divorce after 7 yrs of marriage and just having our daughter a year and 1/2 ago is because I went to a strip club for my bachelor party 7 yrs ago. We have been together for 11 yrs and she just found out 21/2 yrs ago that I went to a strip club for my bachelor party 7 yrs ago. Thanks to my friends big mouth she found out that we had gone even though she told me how serious it meant to her. She told me that if she found before the wedding she would have called it off. Now I almost wish she would have instead of putting our 11/2 year old daughter through this divorce. This all started 3 months ago when she sat me down and gave me the infamous line "I love you but I'm not in love with you anymore". After my first 18 years on this planet i have not experienced or seen any relationship that lasts "forever" with out one of them cheating, being unfaithful or just plain getting bored of being with the same person everyday... does anyone believe that out there exists a realistic acheivable relationship that wont end, and one that allows us to live comfortably with that knoweledge?

we are complete opposites
