if you are not married to this jerk you can get child support---doesn't matter what he wants---go to the family services or aid to children office in your area and give them your bf's information and where he can be reached and they will contact him by mail and demand he pay you child support--he might want a paternity test and that is just so he can slow thing down--but if the kids are his--hes going to pay--theres no way around it---hope this helps and good luck!

Does he contribute to the house payments at all? If so that can be seen as support. It would be best to throw him out if he cheats and you don't want to be with him. Then seeking support will be easier. Otherwise they may consider him as contributing to their support if he helps with the mortgage and or utillities, etc. Talk to a family law attorney who can advise you on how to proceed with getting the support you need. But I would get rid of him if he cheats!

Yes you can. You should think about moving out. Once he figures out that you are taking him for child support things could get ugly. I wish you the best of luck.

Of course you can, however this living arrangement will be brought up in court and will effect how much you get. Fact is you two can't continue to live together, you must sell the house.

why would you OWN a house with your boyfriend,, well it depends on the state, if you live in a common law state then no,, wouldnt matter if he didnt pay for anything, the fact is he lives in the house that he owns, you would have to get him out, and the only way to do that is a restraining order for protection but that gets nasty,

If you live together you can't receive support. If you don't want to be with him anymore kick his *** to the curb.
