He knows that he is a heavy drinker. Overall, we have a good marriage, but I know that overtime it may change if he doesn't stop the daily drinking and the belief that he has control over it. Anytime we have a fight (which isn't often), he has been drinking. His father was an alcoholic (but has since died in an unrelated situation).

He is a good man. He loves me and wants kids. He will deny that it is really a problem. What do I do?

Due to frequent visits to her mom's place i somehow is not able to develop dat level of attachment which shd hv been dere afeter a year of marriage .Every weekend i do login on messenger to chat wid gals and also look forward to develop friendly relations wid female colelagues

My wife says sex is no longer something she desires, about 6 years ago I felt this way but at that time she wieghed 310 lbs but she was like a nimpho at that time.Now she wieghts 130 lbs and looks hot I find myself wanting her and even dreaming of her in erotic dreams, my love for her seems stronger than ever but she on the other hand has no desire or need to make love with me yet she will let me satisfy myself if I want, She also has a new job that she is at long hours and loves the job more than any she has ever had, I at first thought she might be having an affair but she is (if anyone is) incapable of that. Is it possible she is going through menapause? Up til now she was always wanting sex with me. Has anyone out there had a similar problem or any ideas of why this is happining. (and don't say my equipment is to small ) not a problem

Has your husband ever called you a *****, whore, or hoe? If so, did you forgive him or leave him? What if he does it repeatedly? Is there ever a scenario by which that alone would be cause for a divorce? Is it really that big of a deal or should it just be written off as words said in anger that don't mean much?

I read somewhere that 40 or 50% of newlyweds don't have sex on their wedding night because they're too tired. I find this hard to believe. Has any of the married people out there not "done it" on their wedding night?? And why not?

Can't afford a pricey lawyer. We have kids and will do joint legal and physical. He wants to keep the house. I'm house hunting but will need to get my name off the mortgage. I just don't know where to start. Any input?

My husband tends to think that i am trying to be controlling and I am insecure when i ask him not to go to the casino so he could spend time with me. My husband works a lot of hours and days out of the week his days off are sunday and sometimes monday. When he gets home at night i have dinner ready so he eats and then 20 minutes later he is asleep. We don't have time to communicate or spend time with our children together. So when he has a little spare time is it wrong of me to ask him to stay home with us and spend time with us. He says I don't want him to do anything but go to work and come home. I figure that if I don't go out and if i do i do not stay out till after 2 am he should not either that to me is not marriage appropriate. Am i wrong for my concerns? Is this not inappropriate? I am at my ends with it We have been married for just over a year now i am confused what's the issue with him not wanting to spend time with us or is that it? Help please serious responses only.

I need specific answers. What if your boss is in it too? what sort of document will build a strong case? the person I work with is a psychopath, one moment she seems very nice, next moment its all over again. It depends who she is talking to she can be nice and then she is a monster when she don't like you. How can I document this type of action? i would like to videotape it but that would be too obvious. I dont want anybody to know that I am going to the courts. Please help, I am sick and tired of this person. She had drove a couple of people away from their jobs in the past. I don't want to let her intimidate me. Thanks all so much.

my kids (12&10) want to "live" at their dad's... I have sole custody,
I haven't seen them since saturday (yes i know sunday was mother's day) They don't want to come home.
I am broken-hearted and don't know what to do...

My husband thinks so, and I think he is completely wrong !!! I have been a stay at home Mom for about 2 months now and its really not working for me. I told him we should pay all of are expenses and then split the rest, but when I said this he got very upset, he said he makes the money so its his choice what to do with it !!!


Other details:
*I am 34, and I left my career as a cardiologist to be a stay at home mom
*My husband is 37 and a college professor
*We have a 6 year old son
*He goes to work and thats about it
*But I take care of are son, I take him to his activites and school , and I cook, and I clean....the list could go on forever...

my daughters father has like 16 other kids besides her, he doesnt pay any type of support im tired of this man having keep havin kids and doin nothin. I live in Los Angeles, and I wanted to know if anyone can give me some helpful infomation.

I just filed for divorce today. I got my papers stamped at the county clerks office etc..etc...

However,,,I DO NOT know where my husband is at. I know his last address but about two weeks ago he moved out due to the fact that he has a 2 warrants out for his arrest.

He is not being very cooperative with me on this and will not even meet someone to be served the papers.

What is my next step? I'm sure I can talk to a paralegal or attorney but it's Friday evening and I just wanted to know if anyone else out there is knowledgeable of this situation.
