my daughters father has like 16 other kids besides her, he doesnt pay any type of support im tired of this man having keep havin kids and doin nothin. My daughter is gonna be 7 and he hasnt seen her since she was 6months and never paid a dime, what should i do. i applied for child support like 6 months ago, and never heard nothing back.

Unfortunately your child support won't be much. You will probably get 10 dollars a week if he has 16 kids. Contact the child support agency in your area you should be assigned a worker. Good luck my kids father owes 16000 in back support but because I choose not to get state aid they don 't pursue him like they would if I did receive it.

You are not.....The child support system is horrible. Mostly they will not even take this to court until there is 90 days with no payment, yep 3 MORE months of no child support. By that time the absent parent has moved on and for some strange reason you know where the absent parent is, but Child Support can't seem to find them. Funny, in a crazy way yes, but you will probably hit the lottery before you get your money.

Don't mean to sound so cruel, but woman blame men, when they should be more selective of their children's fathers...Now, you should slap his @$$ on child support. Although that dosen't necessarily means you will be paid the worth of your work raising a 7year old daughter. Unless, he is rich, after dividing his income by 16, equals not much. You need to go to you local Revenue department and file...If he's MIA(missing in action), they'll find him. If he dosen't want to pay, they'll garnish his checks or lock him up. It's a crime not to take care of you kids you know.

You can always file a claim against him in small claims court for back support owed and keep on the state for current support

go to your local domestic relations and find out what is going on and you might have to take him to court but atleast you will find out what is going on with this man now however about the 16 kids can i say this WOW thats alot of kids

court...sounds like thats the only option to get this loser to pay. if he does not pay, take him back and he will eventually go to jail and even lose his driver's license. the amount of jail time will be more and more each time he is held in contempt of court. and if you have court orders, they will automatically take it out of his checks and take his income tax check for back child support!
