When I am out in public with my 19 year old son I don't trust anyone. Their are way too many sickos out in public places to trust my son to be out of my sight. When my son and I go shopping and he or I have to use it, I take him right into the ladies room with me. He is only 19 and now old enough to be out of my sight. Someone in the mens room may try to snatch him or molest him.
Some of the women in the ladies room seem to have a problem with me bringing my 19 year old son into the bathroom with me but I don't care. They need to get over it and get a life. Why shouldn't I take my 19 year old son into the ladies room with me?

all the self pity, it was the excitement of being with someone new.well after 9 mths with this other woman how could it still be exciting. he said he felt like she would do anything he asked, drop her plans in an instant to see him. don't you think he was falling in love with her come on after 9 mths fooling around with the same person. called her everyday sometimes 40 times a day. or was he obsessesed with her.never showed any signs of guilt during the time i never suspected anything.basically admitted to me he felt guilt sometimes i couldn't live with myself if i had done this.she was 13 yrs older than he. was it an ego kick or what.obviously he enjoyed being with her more having sex or talking on the phone. his only regret is that he got caught. she had told him you are not going to quit calling me or seeing me, so he didn't.sounds like she was emotionally involved or trying to break our marriage up what do you think

My husband was 22 when we married 19 years ago. I am older than him, but at the time he was so keen to marry me he said he was 5 years older than he is. We have a daughter who is 17. In the last 5 years he has been restless and says things like he has never lived alone, that he feels stifled. When I asked to control my finances he saw this as a sign of not being committed and our problems escalated. I found out 18 months ago that he was having an affair, he says it was a mistake. He moved out of our home and I transformed myself by losing weight, spending money on my appearance and regained some of my youth. I think this confused him and also because he feels duty bound to our daughter to finish school etc, plus he has a half share in our house, but he comes back 4 days a week and now makes out he lives away because its nearer to his job. He is making an effort with me by spending more time with me, by giving me more consideration. but says he needs more time before moving back in.

Not enough postage, a tornado cost me my job, I don't think you need it, let your new husband pay our kids bills. These are a few I have heard recently, I am just wondering how many other men/women are in the same boat? I have 3 wonderful daughters....they are losing out on a lot, mostly because, however creative we can be with our finances, we just don't make enough money, for everyone to do everything!

So far, he has called my employers to check if I am working there, has done numerous background checks to see if I have been charged with anything, has asked friends to follow me...
I am constantly hearing accusations about what he THINKS I am doing, though none of it is true. He has subpoena'd everyone from my boss to my loan companies, anything to find dirt.
Where can I get a line drawn? We've been divorced for 5 years, and he's even remarried! Crininal checks? Calling my work? Is that invasion of privacy?

He says he was joking or playing around and that it didn't mean anything.NO.1, he spent a lot of time talking at work, having her call him at work just to talk on the phone, etc.NO.2 he emailed her and said stuff like, how she is a hot blond and wanted to give her a "wet sloppy kiss down under".NO3, he emailed her saying how beautiful she is/he can't get the smell out of his head from her/how he missed her when she wasn't at work.NO4,he set up a meeting with her to walk around a store and chitchat, so he said.We went to a therapy after that. Then he was looking for another woman online. He went through 18 pages of women with her name looking for her, then denied he did. Last week,NO5 he emailed, "WOW!I still can't believe I actually saw you in person. You have no idea how awesome it was. It's like everything means nothing now.I'm ruined and I think I'm going crazy".He told me he isn't going to defend himself to me anymore.I am wasting my time in this marriage.I used to have hope.No more.

If not, when was the law changed?

Is this law presently in effect in any other state?

Is the law the same standard for a wife killing a husband?

This question is not relating to any mental instability defense (temp. insanity, heat of the moment....). This question is regaurding the actual written state law.

Thanx

I've been married 2 years, been together almost 7. I've caught him cheating in the past, found emails from girls etc. We got married, I found more sexual content emails to and from another girl, that stopped, noe I found text messages to and from this new girl he works with. I don't know what he wrote, but the stuff she wrote got me upset and very worried. They've exchanged numbers, he said it was innocent, but things have happened in the past and I can't trust that! He get's defensive when I question him, he's not affectionate toward me at all anymore. I am mentally and physically exhausted from dealing with this stuff. He changed his email, changed passwords, and gets angry and raises his voice to me for trying to talk things out. Should he have told me about this girl and the texts? He said he blows her off, but I saw his bill and I must have counted about 40+ text message to and from, I even saw a few phone calls on there! What should I do? Forgive him AGAIN? Pls help!

My wife has no sex drive at all, she has never initiated it since we have been together (about 10 years), I think it will get better but it doesn't She uses sex as a tool, she will have sex with me but I have to pull teeth and she blames her low libido on things that I have done a long time ago. She knows how much sex means to me but again says it's my fault, if I knew she would be like this I would never have married her. A person needs to feel as if they are desired and I feel as if I am undesirable, so I am going to look outside of my marriage to find a woman who makes me feel I am desirable

my husband's family creates havic in my household. i have always welcomed them into my home EVEN THOUGH they are insultive to me and show no consideration for my feelings. My husband makes excuses for their behavior and although he agrees that they are VERY inconsiderate he says he wasn't raised to stand up to them. we've been married for almost 6 years and have one child together. we always fight when his family comes around. I don't feel I should have to spend the rest of my life being treated poorly by these people... WHAT SHOULD I DO?
