I'd say "Thank you I'm flattered but it's too late, I'm already taken. There must be someone else out there for you."

Move on because if they didn't take you serious back then, then why bother to give them the time or day now? They had their chance...time has moved on and so should you. Its different now you are married and commited and you just can't throw it all away for a relationship that didnt work.

I would tell him too bad that he has realized that he loves me too late... I would let him know that I am already married...
At the same, if I aint happily married, I may consider a divorce and be with this guy provided he doesn't mind me being married before...

Anyone who show their true color should be taken at face value. They have shown you that they have no loyalty to their spouse, then they will have no loyalty to you.
