Is it better to place a child with a parent who is constantly moving around w/ military, which keeps other parent from seeing or spending time with the child. This parent is also gone on tours all the time.Or os it better to place child w/ the parent that is not moving around? I ask because it seems that many in military people are complaining because they lose custody when get divorced due to there constant moving. My ex left state with our son w/o notifying me or courts of his move and got away with it just because he's in military. Why is this? any one in my shoes? I know these soldiers are fighting for our country, but they chose to do so. Why should the other parent be punished?

I am recently married, less than a year, and absolutely adore & love my wife, I have an extremely high sex drive, and warned my wife of it before, we were married, and before we were married, she did a great job to take care of that... As the time goes on, it goes longer and longer between each time we have sex, sometimes I get the "headache" or the "still sore from the other day", Quite honestly, before I married my wife, I attempted to make it quite clear, that I needed a lady in the street and pretty much a flat out whore when it comes to sex, and she was fine with that before...... Women wonder why there men cheat.... I can almost understand why, I am going crazy with all this frustration bulit up in my head....

He wants to start all new. Anything that happened in the past is the past, and from where he stands today we got married. It kinda hurts me that he wants to start all over..I know it will be good, but at the same time, he doesn't feel the happiness and everything like he did before but he really wants it back, he wants the love and emotion back but wants it to start all over again. ( maybe to get it right this time) But I'm scared I will feel left out, or unwanted. How do I not feel this way when I get back?
We didn't seperate because of cheating, we seperated because I'm pregnant and I got scared he didn't want me or the baby because he was freaking out about everything , sleeping on the couch, not talking, etc. So I thought leaving would give him what he wanted. ( I guess most men freak out with the first baby) But now he is all about his baby and me ( babymama at the time) Any advice???

My husband has cheated twice in our marriage, and I forgave him for all of them. Now, he is trying to cheat again with his ex-wife. She is currently married now. He went behind my back to see her last weekend out of town, and he had no intention of telling me. I happened to know this because one day I came home from school early, and saw his email. I got nozy, so I read the ex-wife and his email. I was very upset, so I threaten him to leave, but he won't. I wrote him a note posting on the bathroom mirror that he need to leave and take my step-son with him. So he called me and cry like a baby, and promise me that he will stop talking to her or seeing her. I DON'T TRUST HIM ANYMORE. Should I stay or leave? We have two wonderful sons together and I just don't want to hurt my sons feeling. On the other hand, I don't want to live with someone who is always trying to do things behind my back. I wouldn't be so angry if he would be honest with me even if he wants to see his ex-wif

My mother-in-law emailed my husband asking him about what bills we have, if we have joint or separate checking accounts, and who pays what...

My husband emailed her back telling her what all bills we have (which I think is non of her business). And then she replied saying 'you didn't answer me about your checking accounts. Joint or separate? And who pays what?'

WHY is this any of her business, and is it wrong that this bothers me?!

I guess she's looking out for him because his ex didn't work when they lived together, and he paid EVERYTHING.....but it also ticks me off that she'd even COMPARE me to that piece of trash!

It's just irritating. Anyway....am I crazy here, or does this seem out of line?

My husband recently bought me a new wedding ring. He basically upgraded my old one for a larger stone. It is a Tiffany style 18k 1 1/2 carat Princess cut solitaire w/platinum head, & it is beautiful...but the thing is...I was really wanting a Pear. I have hinted to him over the years that when he was ready to upgrade to a larger stone, I wanted a Pear shaped solitaire. I know woman have there own styles of what they prefer & I thought it was up to the woman to pick out which ring/stone she likes the best...I dont want to sound ungrateful, but is it wrong to be a little disappointed? He said when he gave it to me, "A Princess for a Princess"...i thought that was soo sweet. But I still woulda preferred a pear. Its my wedding ring, that I will wear til I die. Please help me understand my feelings about this...Im not an ungrateful person...this to me is just different, its my wedding ring....any help? He did tell me in 5 yrs or more he would upgrade to a 2 or 2 1/2 ct, should I wait til?

Now, diesel fuel is less. Please help. I'm paying $400/month is gasoline and I have to. There's no trains or buses and I have to get to work. I stopped going out on the weekends because of gas prices.

No other species engages in persistent homosexual activity, except the human species. Much like smoking, if a cigarette is placed near an animal they will shun away from it. Is it unnatural for a man to have sex apart from what God naturally created for man to pro-create, a woman???

He is just a friend, but he call sup everyday and it is plainly much more than friendship

My daughter resents me for divorcing and leaving her "alone to deal with Mom". Her Mother is emotionally/verbally abusive and when I was there I was "the buffer". Now that I'm not there my daughter feels as if I've left her alone to take the full brunt of it herself. She tells me "I hate my life here". It doesn't help that I've re-married and am quite happy now myself.

Before you ask, yes, I do get as much contact as I can muster, but her Mother has said, "I'd rather see you dead than spend time with [our daughter]" (Yes, that comment was made in front of our daughter) so no, I'm not around nearly as much as I want to be. Also, we're talking about a step-daughter that I raised since she was 2-3 years old. Not technically my child so I don't have legal rights or responsibilities.

This breaks my heart. Has anyone else dealt with this problem? Does anyone have any helpful advice?

If so, thanks in advance...

My fiance and I want to live together. We each have one child, I have a boy, he a girl. They've been in different middle schools, this year they will go to the same high school. I just bought a house right near the high school, big enough for us all. We both thought moving in during the summer would be a good idea, but now, I wonder. Her friends are near her old house, where they live presently. My son's friends are around us. She bores quickly, and I'm not sure how many trips Dad is willing to make each day back and forth to the old neighborhood (approx. 15 miles away). The kids are finally talking (after having NOT for over a year and a half) which is good, but, will they drive each other crazy in the summer? I'm confused because High School is a big transition, and moving in with another "couple" is a big transition...so what is a good plan????? Move in together over the summer? Wait a bit, like fall break, after HS starts?? Other??? Please help!!!

I am 26 years old I have been with my husband for 9 years. In the begining I let him tell me who to see, what I could and couldnt wear and who I could or couldnt talk to. I have always done everything at home I do all the cooking, cleaning, laundry-everything. He will not help me with anything. He is emotionally abusive and makes me feel like I can't do anything right. I am always walking on egg shells All he does is sit on the couch and watch t.v. or work on trucks outside and whenever he needs anything he just hollars for me and it drives me insane. We dont share money- because he said he makes allot more so basically he doesnt think we should and he thinks I am bad with money. He is selfish is every aspect of our marriage and I dont even feel like we are married- I feel more like roomates. He doesnt spend time with my friends or family and he gets mad if I want to spend time with them. I have asked him several time to go to counsling and he refuses.I want out but I dont know how to.

Are there diet items to make her amorous or Spanish fly available? I have tried taking her out-of-town for a mini honeymoon type trip, I help with the kids, do all of my laundry and several loads of linens a week, pick up after myself, work at home and provide a very good living for her and the children. I have been patient. She has told me I am mean. I have never raised my voice at her or scolded her, I am supportive and never belittle or talk negative of her (never). She seems to tolerate me especially when a money issue is at hand. We have NO intimacy or sex at all anymore...she absolutely will not allow the opportunity to come around, she will not allow me to see her unclothed, she locks the bedroom door while dressing or undressing, if I am in there, she tells me I need to leave now. Sometimes I feel like really "leaving". I've gained 22lbs she 37lbs since married in 1982, what is wrong with me that she doesn't want to touch me or be touched. It has been 8 months without ANYTHING

Has anyone ever actually filed a petition for modification of child support to have it reduced and actually suceeded. I know each state is very different - currently living in WI There have been a variety of what I consider "substantial change of circumstances" since the original order was made. Both parties remarried, wife went back to school, completed it & obtained a new job, husband's company cut all overtime, child born to husband in new marriage, husbands new wife lost job and has been unable to find something making any where near what she was making. Husband currently pays $420 a week and is filing for reduction down to at least $300 a week - any chance of success.

My husband and I have been married almost 7 years. In those seven years, I have changed for him to try and make him happy. I cook, I clean both to the best of my ability. However, I never get complimented, only criticized for what I do or how I have done it. We have 2 children, 4 and 2. I am a stay-at-home mom. We were essentially separated while he built a new home for our family across state for 6 months. Within that time I slowly regained a sense of who I am and no longer accept his moodiness and anger. At times, I feel he has never cared for me but for the wifely functions I perform for him daily. He has never once bought me a card, Mother's Day gift, etc. (these are superficial, but sometimes the little things help too) I have loved him, but my love for him is slowly dying. I have been seeing a counselor, he refuses to go-it will only make him angry. I don't want a divorce because my children adore him, but I really do not know what to do...

Ive been with my man for 4 years and he has 3 children from a previous marriage whom I love to death and treat them as if they were my own (I love kids) His exwife is a nut case She calls my man everytime there is a problem with her boyfriend and they stay on the phone for hours, when I call him he answers when he feels like it. She falsly claimed earned income credit for her kids and got the return he has the legal filing rights to the children (stated in divorce papers) So when he went to file they said someone already claimed the kids, well he did nothing about it, he is fixing to get custody of his kids and I said is she dropping the child support since he will have the kids and he said not at the moment so she can get on her feet WTF she dont have the kids and your gonna pay her child support. She throw the pitty party and he falls for it, should I get out of this before I have a nervouse breakdown I already suffer from depression ???
