And then demands to see the children at the last moment? Even though he knows you've made other plans - like taking the children away for the weekend, or on birthdays? And he makes the plans through the children, refuses to tie himself down to you? He aso refuses to take them on ordinary weekends, or if they have after school activities, etc. My friend is having real problems. If she says "no" - he says she is refusing to let him see the children, but the weekend she booked in January (which he knew about) is going to be ruined. It seems as though he wants the children when he knows it will cause the most upset, otherwise he ignores them. What would you do?

What would you do for a man who can (and does) the following: wash dishes, laundry, trash, home repair, minor car repair, raise children, vacuums, cleans windows, grocery shops, recommends that you (she) go out for "alone time" or with her friends without question, cooks, works a full time job and is in the military. And I do all this without restraint nor hesitation.

I do these things to help around the house like a good partner should. My wife is too "tired" to do a lot in the house and focuses ALL of her attention on our only son.

By the way, I'm attractive (tall, dark, handsome type), well built, 35 years old and a Veteran. I don't drink or any illegal drugs. I smoke, but never around my wife or child or in the house. Ever!

Would you treat me like a second class citizen, be spiteful and hold resentment against me (like my wife does)? Or what?

I'm looking to see who needs counseling: me or my wife.

By the way, there is a lot more to this story. But you have it in a nutshell.

A cheater creates a sexual triangle (or more) of multiple sex partners and he or she is called on their negative behaviour...as they should be...but bring up the notion of swinging - where all parties are consenting adults - and invariably someone calls it "gross". I don't get this. Why is sex outside of marriage considered "understandable" when a person is cheating, yet when they do the same thing consensually, and it's considered slimy and disgusting. And its not just the prospect of STDs. It's the idea of more than two people being present that somehow evokes this sense of disgust. And I don't understand it. Can you explain why sex with another person is "gross" when your own partner is present, but NOT gross if it's one on one or if it's cheating?

Bob was in trouble. He forgot his wedding anniversary. His wife was really pissed.
She told him "Tomorrow morning, I expect to find a gift in the driveway
that goes from 0 to 200 in 6 seconds AND IT BETTER BE THERE !!"

The next morning he got up early and left for work. When his wife woke
up, she looked out the window and sure enough there was a box
gift-wrapped in the middle of the driveway.

Confused, the wife put on her robe and ran out to the driveway, brought
the box back in the house.

She opened it and found a brand new bathroom scale.

I am still in love with my ex. We haven't been together for almost 6 years now. We got engaged at an early age...19...then he joined the army and everything fell apart between us. We both hurt eachother very badly. We kept in contact and were off and on for a few years but the trust was broken, and he wasn't around to work it out, because of being in the military. 2 years ago he met someone where he is stationed and got married after they were together for about a year. Now his wife is pregnant. I have a boyfriend who treats me great, and we've been together about a year and a half. i would go 6 months without talking to my ex at all, and I still thought about him every single day. I tried to move on and push him out of my heart but to no avail. We started talking again about 9 months ago and realized we still love eachother. Last weekend he was home and we hung out, both behind our partner's backs. It was extremely emotional and we did get physical but no sex. What do I do??

My husband and I have been together for seven years and It seems like every year I find out about a lie that he has told me when we first meet. Why do men feel as though they have to lie? I wouldn't get mad if he just told the truth however, I'm pissed off when I have to find out the truth. Example: He told me that his Ex-wife lives north of town and come to find out she live's east of town. I really don't give a crap where she lives. Why couldn't he of just told the truth?

if you got pregnant by your husband (and thought you were going to leave him eventually) would you have an abortion or think well I'll just get child support if i decide to leave. my wife up and left after a small fight after her abortion now she's all gung ho about getting her own place and has a real estate agent looking for her. would that make you suspect the baby might not have been yours? i don't think any woman would have an abortion by the man they were married to whether they thought they were going to leave or not eventually. especially if the one thing we argued about constantly was having another kid. other option would be that she got scared after she got pregnant. i don't know though. everything is real fishy and she just up and left. onward and upward with her life without thinking about me or my kids she left behind. very cold. what do you think?

why is it that most teenagers are ready to lose their virginity at almost any given moment with almost any given person, and many of the adults dont really care as long as they use 'protection' but then adults say that you are too young to get married... like for example i might tell someone that i am 15 and i lost my virginity(I didnt), and they wldnt really think it was a big deal, but then i try to tell them that i am abt to get married and they freak out on me!
so basically how i understand it is that you are too young to get married but you arent too young to lose your virginity?
i think that if you are old enough to lose your virginity then you are old enough to get married....
i just wanted to kno how many of you agree with this and how many of you disagree... tell me youre thoughts!

Another man pursuaded my wife that I was cheating on her when I was not. My wife decided it was time to seek affections from him to get even. After, a few months of being apart and having realized what she had done and that he had manipulated her she came back. I loved her with all my heart before, so much that I was willing to let her come back. But, now I have realized that I have no respect for her, I don't trust her, I'm not happy. The only things we have in common now are great sex and the kids. I gave our relationship all my energy and devotion for all these years I don't know how to do anything else. All my goals and dreams revolved around her. What do I do? I don't think I can stand being away from the kids. Now she wants to know all the time who I am talking with on the phone, email etc. I'm not doing anything wrong, but she acts like I'm a scoundrel. All I really want is what we used to have, is that possible? If not I want out............

Could someone please help - tonight as we were making dinner, i pinched my husband on the behind (probably a little hard) and he swung his fist back and hit me in the abdomen really hard. He said it was because I hurt him and he didn't mean to. I was so upset and I haven't been able to look at him since. He's a really angry person and when he gets angry he throws things around and bangs on stuff all the time. When things aren't going well he does actually scare me and so I am wondering if maybe i am letting this cloud my judgement in this case. He tried apologising to me and bringing me cookies with a sad face and when I wouldn't laugh he stormed off acting really frustrated. Am I right to be upset or do you think it was just an accident?

In the divorce he was left with the responsibility of paying on that debt but he has been paying on all of it late and my name is on all of it. How do I start new and get my credit score up. I can't get a credit card and my credit score effects everything even my insurance rates.
