Does it make you feel superior to be judgemental?

Think about it and be honest. Everyone has something to hide. There's more than one way to be immoral. So why do so many feel superior? There are way worse sins than taking a lover, aren't there. (That was a statement, not a question)

its hard not to judge when you see someone doing something that is clearly self destructive... such as cheating, lying, drugs, alcohol... that sort of thing... they can get out of control so easily and cause ruin for no good reason. I'm not saying its OK to look down your nose, but I do think there's a human element to it.

Don't take it so personal, some people just don't identify, so they judge

Only God can be truly judgemental. Humans only lie and create false images and dont even know where to begin to judge others. Do you feel insuperior feeling that there is possibly so many out here that are superior to you? You sure arent going to find a whole of true superior people here on Q&A Ill guarantee you. YES, there are times it feels nice to be judgmental and YES in ways it makes one feel superior..right about that. The other thing taking a lover outside your marriage HAS NOTHING to do with the 1st question. It's a value and moral thing those who do not end a marriage before seeing if the grass is greener on the other side lack morals and values Don't mean they are inferior humans it just means they lack good judgment skills.

I have nothing to hide. I'm an open book. I didn't start out like that, but I've grown, and I am happy now. Not that fake happy of infatuation or cheap thrills, but the real happiness of total integrity and contentment.

I judge people for everything, everyday!
It's dishonest for people to say they don't judge because we all do it!

I will also admit I look for the content of that person as well, so I can make a true easement on the content of person!
