It's up to you. Traditionally, the husband and wife share a bed always, not just for sex, but only you can decide what is more comfortable for you.

We share a full bed...with a body pillow on either side. Honestly we both have a VERY hard time not sleeping with the other.

We share a bed, my parents have always shared a bed too. I'd never heard of separate beds until I saw it on "I Love Lucy," but my friend's grandparents are in separate beds because one of them snores. Either way, if you're in separate beds it's only a short walk! ;-)
