Just realize that this is temporary, and be sweet to her. Then after those days go by, tell her that you will work with her, but she has to be mindful of her moods.
I get very emotional when I have my period, and I pick fights with my fiancee and everything. He is so sweet and nice, but after picking on him a few times, he waited til my cycle was over and he tactfully told me that he didn't deserve that treatment. He said that he understood this was an emotional time, but I need to take responsibility for what I can prevent. Now, when recognize signs that I'm about to start picking on him or finding fault with little things, I walk away as fast as possible. And if a crazy mood does pop us, he's understanding. Hopefully this will help you.

Buy her a dozen roses, a bottle of champagne, a box of Godiva chocolates and a bag of pretzels, hand her the channel changer and head for the hills. You're not going to win this one anyway, so you may as well garner a few PR points for yourself.

Get out of the house. Take her and/or the family with you. The fresh air might do you some good. Or get away alone and try to keep a low profile, whichever seems smarter..

You run her a nice shower and while she's in there you cover the bed with some old sheets and blankets.....I think you see where this is headed. Nothing cures period psychosis like a good romp. It relives cramps and releases important hormones that will make her stop yelling and maybe she'll just nap....good luck! :)

Tell her to take some midol and get over it. There isn't anysence in a woman acting like that just cause it was the time of the month I use to have worst cramps than I did in labor but I never treated my family ignorrant.

LMAO!!!! My husband says he finds a spot on the wall and just stares at it for 4 days!!!! If it is that bad, she could talk to her doctor. There are pills now that help with that. Just makes it a little easier for her which would also make it easier for you. But don't mention that when she is going through it. Wait until it is gone for about a week t hen bring it up.

try to be understanding b/c, us women....while on the Menstrual Cycle tend to have uncontrollable hormones. Try buying your wife a box of Milk Chocolates, it's true that chocolate calms our hormones down & makes us feel better.

Just be patient with her, and try to gently calm her and ask her not to yell. Having a period is no fun, be grateful you don't get it too.

Be patient with her and just stay out of her way. It's not anything she's doing on purpose...it's hormones, so try to bear with it. It'll all be over soon. Good luck, man.
