You can contact the phone company and see if theyll help. They have the means but usually dont want to get involved in phone harassment. You can threaten to take her to court for harassment on your own. Most drastic thing to do is change the number as a last resort. Good luck

Divorce is so over-rated. Nope, the police won't get involved, for the simple fact, they believe you guys will probably get back together(it happens all the time u know). Is it that serious for you. Those calls and messages aren't that threatening to a grown man that you should call the police. Be reasonable for peak sake and don't be another over-rated divorce blow out. Ignore the messages, avoid her, be the bigger person. She's bitter, angry, revengeful and ultimatley the one who will look like the idiot. Let the anger build up and it will explode in court....she'll really look bad then, & she done it to herself!

Go back to the court that issued you separation papers and ask for an order of protection.

That said, would it kill you to listen to the lady for a bit? No, you don't have to listen to verbal abuse, but a separation implies that maybe there's a chance for a reconciliation. Is your anger too great for that at this point? Then let her have her say and tell her you need more time. And of course, if nothing changes, then you need to ask whether you're better off divorced.

There is nothing anyone can do. She is STILL legally your wife. A legal seperation is NOT a disillusionment of a marriage. That only comes with a final decree of divorce. I suggest if you don't want her bothering you to file for divorce. It might help before you file for divorce that you learn how to spell...especially the word LEGAL.

Go to your lawyer and ask for and ask for a cease and desist order. Take the e-mails and messages with you and ask if they can be used as evidence.Especially if she is making threats or just harassing you

Go to the court house and file an expate against her and take all the emails and your cell phone bills to prove she is harrassing you. Good luck sweetie.

Do you have legal aid or lawyer referal services in your area?

Also, ask for a victim's advocate from your local prosecutor's office or police district, they help people in your situation.

Don't let the cops blow you off. Your situation is serious.

When I separated i changed my phone number and opened a PO Box where my estranged could contact me. If there was any reason to contact me he could go through my lawyer.

change your phone number and advise her to seek help she is clearly still emotionally devestated by this separation as women normally are when they're promised forever by their husband and the promise is broken.
