Every time I catch him he gets so mad and tells me to leave. He would rather have porn then be with me. What can I do to save my marriage????

My child hasn't seen his dad in about a year he was mentally ill when we separated and was institutionalized shortly after we divorced. But I can tell our boy misses his dad is this the kind of environment a six year old should be in? His step dad says no he doesn't him to be influenced by someone that's crazy. But I still feel bad about him not getting to say good by to his father what should I do?

I think I could easily spend 24/7 cleaning up after my family. I am getting really sick of it. My husband thinks that because he earns the money I should be the one doing all the activities with the kids, cleaning the house and working with the PTA? Plus he thinks I should have a part time job. He is always the first to remind me that I don't contribute financially.

I am thinking of having children to please my husband if releases me for any financial obligations for them if we get divorced. He is kind, considerate, and loving but I don't want the burden of a baby. Due to stressful jobs, long commutes and our busy schedules we get two hours together a day and our house is a disaster. We are only intimate 1-2 times/week. I don't want to be a milk machine. He thinks I can be mom/wife/grad student/ladder climber at the same time. I am open to adopting an older child, but he is not. He doesn't want to get a divorce and is willing to give up fatherhood, but will resent me if I don't fulfil his dream. I would be more open to the idea if we were financially comfortable or if my education was complete, but he wants children now. His low self-esteem keeps making excuses to not look for a better job or not to get an education himself to provide more money. I gave up all of my hobbies and postponed my education to be with him. Should I give up?

i have been married almost 5 years, living together for seven years, and together for 10 years total. no children, but a 80 lb golden retriever whom we acquired together when the dog was a puppy. my husband has an engineering undergrad degree and a MBA from a prestigious university. he earns 6 figures plus annually. i have been in grad school throughout most of our marriage and only working part time. he has paid the majority of expenses over the years. we have no debt and about $200K in assets (mutual funds, IRA, stocks, etc). we own no real estate. we live in nj, a community property state. if we divorce, will i be entitled to half of our assets. we have no prenup. i am a designer and make considerably less than he does. please advise. thanks.

Me and my husband are more than 99% sure that we are going to split up after Christmas. We are waiting until after Xmas to make Christmas for our little boy more enjoyable.

He doesn't seem to know anything is wrong between us as we are very good actors and most conflicts are only aired when he is sound asleep. (I know-he will pick up on the environment etc)

My question is, how the hell do I tell my 4 year old son that Daddy is leaving?
I obviously understand that the truth as to why isnt an option (unfailthful husband-Bastard!!) as he is not old enough to phycologically deal with all that adult stuff, I just don't know what I will say when he asks the inevitable question "Why???"

Please help me as I am wanting to do things right and be the strong mum that he will need me to be........I have promised myself that although I will be in pieces inside I will stay strong for my little man, he doesn't deserve this anymore than I do!!

Me and my girl broke up a few weeks ago, she said she didnt want to talk to me anymore. Last week she started calling me and after a couple of days she said I love you and I miss you. This past weekend she just showed up at my house she stayed the night and we had sex. She told me she cant be with me right now but that she will always love me. I dont know what to do cuz im so in love with her and a big part of me tells me I shouldnt be. Id have to write a book on all the stuff that we have done to each other. I want to do something special for my husband. It can't be anything too mushy because he doesn't really like this. I would love something to show him how special he is to me. I can't think of anything creative.
There are a couple of things to work around though...We have two children 4 years and 10 months. Also, I am a stay at home mom, so I want to try and make this as inexpensive as possible so I don't spend all of the money he has just made. I live in the Indianapolis area if this helps.

So he was crying in the bathroom...... She was later found with a gun to her head. She came to my crying. I don't know what to do. I love them both so much. My husband and my very best friend. I told them that I didn't want anyone to know of this. Not even her husband, for he too is a very good friend of mine. He doesn't deserve to be hurt by this. All of this happened only yesterday. We are all pretendign nothing happened. it's killing me, right now i am shaking as I write this. But they are my everything. How do I forget and live as if it never happened. My ex broke up with me like 1 1/2 years ago. We went out for almost a year. I think we were just stressing each other out and he said his feelings changed for me. Can a mutually agreed divorce settlement specify the non-resident child parent to have joint custody, but also pay 0% child support? The parent with the child residence makes 3-4x the income of the other parent and has agreed to 0% child support in lieu of a less than 50/50 split of the assets. Will the judge demand child support be paid?

I am a married woman.. my brother in law & I have a mutual attraction & have lightly flirted in the past.. I never thought much of it until this weekend when we all went out to the bar & drank alot.. he was telling me how sexy I am & kissing my neck and saying one day we would have sex and so on.. his wife was there and drunk as well and everyone I know thinks that most of the flirting we have done has been innocent (i thought so too until now)anyway on the way home hes like"your gonna get me into so much trouble"and was touching my leg the problem with this whole thing besides the obvious is that I LOVED it.. If half of what I have is her's and half of what she has in mine, then half the sex is mine.

If I want sex every day, but she doesn't then at least I should get it every other day?

If she gets to keep sex from me, then I should be able to keep something from her?

My ex and I have a 8yr. old boy. We were never married and when we split we agreed on the amount of child support he'd pay. So, we've never done anything through court. Four years ago he was accepted into dental school and now is getting ready to graduate and move back home. I started back to school this last semester. My husband (of three years) and I are seperated and looking at divorse. Now that I am a single mom of 3 and working full time and going back to school..my mom suggested that when my 1st ex graduates that I should reanalize the amount he pays and consider him to pay more. I know that when he graduates he will only be paying less than a third of what he could be forced to pay if I wanted to do it legally through court. But, I don't know that I have the balls to ask him to pay more. Any good advice?

My husband and I have been married for a little over 3 years now. He is so wonderful. We have our disagreements but nothing horrible. He works incredibly hard and often comes home tired. My best friend and her husband have been married for 6 years. They are more like roommates that have sex. She confides in me all the time about how she loves him but feels as if he is tired of her. She is always jokingly telling my husband that he is "whipped" because he takes care of my needs so well. ( But I do the same for him.) She tells me everything about her life, as I do with mine. We were the very best of friends. Since her husband works overnight frequently, she spends the night at my home often. She sleeps on the couch and my husband with me in our room. Yesterday however my husband fell asleep on the couch so she slept on his side of the bed, instead. I woke up around 5 a.m and saw she was gone, figuring she was inthe bathroom i tried to go back to sleep but something felt wrong.
