I want to do something special for my husband. It can't be anything too mushy because he doesn't really like this. I would love something to show him how special he is to me. I can't think of anything creative.
There are a couple of things to work around though...We have two children 4 years and 10 months. Also, I am a stay at home mom, so I want to try and make this as inexpensive as possible so I don't spend all of the money he has just made. I live in the Indianapolis area if this helps.

Why don't you order chinese carryout with fortune cookies and light candles? You can set pillows around and eat in the living room while sitting on the pillows and rent a great movie everyone can watch? It's romantic but cute and fun at the same time...and not too girly for your hubby.

easy take the kids out all day make sure they are nice and tired by the time you bring them back i mean( park swings, running ,shopping no naps for 4yr old keep her busy coloring, playing ) try to stay out least most of the day then come home play some dancing music and get the kids a dancing so that they don't get sleepy while the music is going and you and the 4 year old could sing and help you pre pare dinner for them after their dinner is ready feed them and give them a bath and bam they are sleep before you know it ( experience i did it all the time for some me time it really works) once they are a sleep then you can start a nice meal or prepare a meal that you have made previously just for this night ( i recommend plan you sexy night ahead of time so all you have to do if heat it up and serve)take a nice relaxing bath for two with rose petals and candles and the rest is up to you and the best part the kids will be a sound asleep

To a man Romance = SEX and the dirtier the more "ROMANTIC" he will think you're being. Get someone to watch the kids on a weekend to free you up. If that isn't an option then make sure you get them up early and involved in activities that will assure they will get tired at the end of the day and you can put them to sleep early. Prepare you husband's favorite meal and have it with him. Have a glass of wine or two if you drink wine. If you haven't ever done this before try it. Handcuff and blind fold him. Massage him and do assorted other "fun" stuff. This won't cost you alot at all except for your time. Cater to his whims in this love making session and you are guaranteed to make him feel like he had a very romantic evening.

Men are very visual people. They love to look. Pick a song you both like and maybe dance for him a bit. Also, men love foreplay as much as women do, if you take it slow and tease a lot it'll make everything much better because of the anticipation. Have a great time!!!

Buy alot of the hershey kisses. Place them along a path leading to the bedroom. A bunch of flower petals are on the bed and a card that reads..."I kiss the ground you walk on. Wait a minute...this is for the guys to do. Sorry.

Tell him that you are his forever.It dosent have to be a bout one night!!! Here are some ideas, you should try at least one a week.........give him a nice backrub after work, bring him a beer, watch a game with him, meet him at the door naked, wash his car in a bikini while hes in it.
