My ex broke up with me like 1 1/2 years ago. We went out for almost a year. I think we were just stressing each other out and he said his feelings changed for me. I haven't talked to him since and the last time I saw him was like 10 months ago. He never contacts me and I never contact him. I sometimes think about him but I was wondering if he thought about me. Well I guess if he never contacts me, I guess I got my answer....right??

Of course you will still have feelings for each other. I truly believe that once you truly love someone, you will continue to love them for a lifetime; however not all love relationships are meant to last a lifetime. Not all loves are good or healthy for us. He is an ex for a reason, only you know what that reason is, and whether or not that reason would still hold true today. I have been lucky to have loved three times in my lifetime, and all three loves were different. I married my third love, and have been happily married for the last fourteen years; however I have often thought of my other loves and wondered. I will always love them, but those relationships weren't meant to last, and my husband is proof of that. Love is a choice, I chose my third love to spend the rest of my life with, but the other two will continue to live in my heart forever.

It could be that if you have not contacted him, he may think that you have gotten involved with some one else in this amount of time. You saw him 10 months ago, was it a chance meeting? It was a "date" type situation or how did you come to see him then? If you have mutual friends, they may know if he is involved with some one else by now, or it may be a way for him to find out the same thing about you. If he does not know your relationship status for sure, if he is interested in you still, he may think that it is a bad idea to call you or come by because you may be involved with some one and he doesn't want to cause you trouble. I have had to contact my ex for one reason or another and if I suspected he was dating some one I didn't want to be "the ex-wife" calling and possibly start trouble for him.
You never know, he may be leary because of the time with no contact with you. Good Luck!

I would say you /he can still have feelings. Just because there is no contact does not mean that his head isn't thinking of you too...It might mean he is too chicken? It might mean he doesn't know how to go about it? You will never know unless you somehow find a way to talk to him...however don't put yourself at risk for him making a joke of you! Hard to say. He may still have feelings or he may be desperate. Remember - HE broke up with YOU - I wouldn't give him the chance to do it a second time. Move on!!

not really...I know he's thinking about you....it's difficult not to stop thinking about someone you been invovled with for that amount of time...I just broke up maybe 3 months ago and I'm not going to sleep with no woman until I get her back...lol
