She emancipated herself when she left her moms house. Now she has come to live with her dad. Her address on her permit is her mothers. She wants to go away to school next year. I'm thinking that we should put in for child support now since she attends college full time and we are paying for it. Her mother refuses to pay anything. What to do?

ok, i got married in 1993. my husband and his new girlfriend brought me divorce papers for me to sign. all of the dates and stuff were wrong, so i marked on the papers and put the correct info. on there then gave them to him to bring them back to me fixed. well, in the mean time we went to court for assault with a deadly weapon, on his part, and he never paid his divorce atty. so like 2 years later i called the courts, and it said that the divorce was denied by prosecution. well, he moved to florida and i talked to one of my "so called" friends and she said that my husband got a divorce in fla. but i call the courts in texas, and it still says denied by prosecution. so are we divorced or not? how can he get a divorce from me in another state, and it not be posted nationally. so how do i find out all of the details with out pending a bunch of money on an atty.? plz help, thanks

I am a married woman who is having an affair with a married man. I met him at work and he at first he flirted with me and offered to take me out, I played him numerous times because I thought he was no good. I still had my apprehensions about him. eventually we exchanged numbers. I was so confused I asked him did he want to take things any further and he said he wanted to. We went out together several times and then I asked him again how he felt about his marriage and he told me several times he loved his wife but I want to be with you. So, recently I had gave him the space to decide if he wanted to continue to see me. After a day, he told me he had fallen in love with me and did not want to give up on me. Months later. now I am deeply in love with him. I want to end the relationship because I don't think he will leave his wife for me because he is comfortable. But I also believe he is in love with me. I don't want to loose him. What should I do?

I homeschool, work Fri., Sat., and Sun. nights. I come home Sun. and my husband is on the couch the same place he was when I left. Nothing had been done as far as loading the dishwasher, giving the kids a bath......nothing. I was tired too sun. but I had to go to work. Shouldn't he have gotten up and done something to the house, so I wouldn't have been overloaded? I mean he works during the week, while I homeschool, yet I manage to do all the house work (wash clothes, kids bathes, load dishwasher, clean/vacuum house, clean out kitty litter, mop, fix dinner, wipe everything down, prepare for homeschool for the next day, the list goes on and on) Why the hell didn't he get off his *** and do something? I'm overly tired today because of his lack of help that's why i'm angry so am I overreacting? How can I calm down? and how should I handle this?

I know that sounds funny but I am really unsure. I was married on sept. 23rd. I have been to the courthouse three times to try to get my information to go get my name changed and they had not received the married lisence yet. I talked to the preacher last week and she was just now sending it out. I cant take off work again till the 23rd. A friend told me I could easily commit fraud right now. Which Im not really that worried about. But I dont know what to sign my last name as, like when I go to the bank and stuff like that.

We have two boys 3 1/2 and 2. And money is a struggle for us each month. We both love them very much and spend alot of time as a family. She a at home mom and a great mother. But I feel when my wife has a chance to spend time with me alone she always finds a reason to do something else. Clean the house, tired, on the computer, sometimes she says she need time alone and goes out for coffee or something. Last night I told her Iwould help clean the house so we can put the kids down and spend soem time together. She didnt stop cleaning till about midnight and when i ask what i could do she says nothing she will do it. When i say i would like to spen time together with her she says ok but then the time never arises. She forgets. We have sex about once a month and she dosent seem to enjoy it but more of just trying to keep me happy. I discussed this with her and she claims she is not intrested in sex and most women her age (35) are not into. I walk in eggshells for her.

he told me this two years ago. he wanted another woman that didn't want him so he decided to stick around and try and make our marriage work. well, it's not working, i can't get over the hurt he caused me knowing that i am second choice. we still live together because we can't afford a divorce or to live apart, i sleep on the sofa. now heres my problem, i recently met a man and i think we could be happy together but i don't know if it is right to go out with him or not. i really want to start a new life with someone that i can be happy with, but at the same time i feel guilty about leaving my husband, what would you do.

I find myself thinking about him all the time, and wondering what it would be like to kiss him, and to "be with" him. We never got together, and I sometimes wonder why. Problem : I am married to a wonderful man. And I would never cheat on him, so what should I do?

My boyfriend of 5 months is married and had a child. He has been separarted from his wife 1 1/2 years ago, he moved out and they agreed they were getting a divorce but neither really had the money to do it. So he has been living from the her house all this time. When I met him, he lived with his guy friend and he went to get his son every other weekend. We recently moved in together because we have fallen in love and he is getting ready to file the divorce papers next week. I have met his son, his son has came to our house and has stayed the weekend with us, we get along really well. My boyfriend has told his son that he and I were dating BUT we didn't sleep in the same bed while his son stayed the night. My question is can my b/f get in trouble when he files for divorce & can his wife make it hard on him because of him dating while still being married? I need to know some good legal advice?
Thank you.

I admit I once had an affair with a married man. We did the usual things like dating, phone conversations, lovemaking, he even gave me flowers last valentine's day. Later on I refused to make love to him again and refrained from sending him text messages. Until the time came when we hardly see each other because we're distance apart and both busy at work. Though I still miss him, I know I have to put and end to this illicit affair. Now I just wanna know what do you think he feels right now? Did he already lost his interest towards me? Does he feel the same way? Is he mad at me? I'm just wondering. Thanks for the answers..

just because you have children or because you've invested years and time with each if neither one of you are happy with each other?

I feel that when there is physical or mental abuse towards each other, just because you've been together for say 5, 10, 15 years does not mean that you should take the abuse. Why is it that neither one of the parties want to just pack up and go? And when you do split, why does there have to be so much drama? Why can't people just become positive minded and move the hell on?
Yeah lots of questions! Doing a survey! Give me some positive feedback PLEASE! DAMN THE DUMB SH/T!
