Marriage & Divorce - 7 October 2006

Hello i am a 38 year old M, married to a 33 year old woman. We have been together for almost a year and married 7 months, In the begining the sex was great. It was actually incredible and every where and at all times everyday. We have had our problems, we seperated for about a month. I was mentally abusive, never physical. I know what I did wrong and have said I am sorry and i got help. She involved her family with everything and they no longer like me. I was turning my hurt into anger and that wasn't right. We have gotten back together now. I love her and she says she loves me. There is no more abuse or names and we now talk a lot and when I get upset I leave until I cool down. The problem I am having there is no sex none what so ever. She says its gonna take time, but on the other hand while we were apart she slept with someone else she didnt even care about. She has been no angel here, I just wanted to say what i did. What do you think here. Help please.

I have been married for 3 years and I have a 3 year old girl. All we do is fight all the time. He has hit me and has called me every name in the book. I have tried to work it out for my daughter, but she is starting to noice us fighting, and I can tell that it is bothering her. I have tried to leave him so many times but I keep coming back cause i get scared. I guess I afried of being alone. I do not love him like I should. My heart belonged to someone else before we got married.I feel in love when i was very young.I did not know that the guy I love loved me the same intill after I was married. My husband tells me that he loves me, but all he does it put me down in every way. We have both cheated on each other.Should I try to work this out with my husband or should I leave him?

I am married for 2 months,i understand the whole spend time with the friends, boys night out scenarios but now do u think it is fair just after a marriage that it he spends all his free time with the boys. It is almost like he doesnt have to work to get me anymore so now i am just there!! We don't do anything special just the two of us!

After spending all of my savings on an absolute worthless attorney, is there anyway I can find out information myself about my ex-husband. He lied in court about his assets and my attorney was too lazy to check it out, therefore, I got "screwed". My ex has a lot of money, cars, livestock, etc. (just go to his residence and you can see all of it), but lied in court and said he only had a couple of vehicles (when he has 7), no livestock (when he has several very expensive horses), etc. I would like to go back to court again but do not have any more funds to pay for an attorney. Do I have to have an attorney and how can I find out exactly what my ex has in assets? He goes on trips to Europe all the time with his girlfriends, but doesn't want to take care of his 11 year old son. The court didn't make him pay for our son's medical insurance either. I make $22,000 a year and my ex makes $100,000 a year but was ordered to only pay $450.00/month in child support.

Im married and it's not working out we have 2 chrildren togeather and this nov. would be our 11th anneversary we fight all the time now i don't know why he's hit me and yes i have hit him we never talk we never spend time togeather. should i just stay with him and put up with it or should i leave. I was very much in love at age 18, and married at that age. I was surprised that the person I loved, changed and became moody and depressed type of person. He was cold, whereas he was warmer. I think he only wanted to have sex with me, and then after a baby came along in a few years, it all changed and was not fun any more. Too immature for this responsibility? Why can't young love, blossom and does with some people, and some go the other way. . . What made your young marriage work out?

I'm 6ft 4'' and my wife is 5ft 2'' ( in case your wondering it makes no difference in that department) anyway, My wife is a corker absoulutely stunning, but I have always been conscious of the height difference and when we go out everyone stares. At first I thought it was mindless idiots taking the p??s but my 1ST divisional freind (who I've known since I was five) tells me that
most of the stares are from men and its my wife there lusting after. Since my freind pointed this out I have been insanely Jealous.Even though my wife treats me well, brings me tea in bed continues to be obsesive about washing my personals. God! I thought she was having an affair and followed her on her lunch break where she was having lunch with her brother. I'm finding myself becoming possesive and not wanting to go out with her. I dono where to begin. until some weeks ago, my life was fine. then i get this marriage proposal from a guy and it seems everybody except me likes him.. as for me, i cant even imagine being in the same room with the guy. dont ask me why. something about him jus puts me off. now since we have a tradition of arranged marriages in my family, my parents are forcing me to marry him. i have refused many times but they don seem to care at all..
I feel trapped. feel like running away. and when am crossing the road, i feel like throwing myself in front of a bus. i think constantly of dying.

i got married to my husband 9 yrs ago in city hall. we never got married by church. we plan to divorce since things have been going bad for us and there's no love in our marriage. for our kids we decided it's best since we dont want to put them thru anymore pain. i would like to know what can i do to get the divorce, how long will it take and is it the same or different from getting married by church? thank u!

I don't think husbands and wives should equally pay bills. I am old fashioned and I believe a man should be a man and take care of his family. I understand there are times with illnesses and disability when a wife has to take over, but in general nowadays husbands expect their wives to pay part of the bills, and most of the time the wives have part time jobs. I'd like some opinions on this, because to me that completely disrespects the marriage, you might as well be roommates?

First off I am deployed in Iraq. My wife stayed home with my kids. I have three of them. I love them very much. But the problem is tha I amost lost all the trust I have for my wife. She met some female friends while I was gone. I didn'r really had no problem with that, at first. Because I know that taking care of three kids by herself is not easy. Well the thing is that almost every friend that she meets is either someone with relationship problems or females that like to go clubin'. well it's getting to the point to where she doesn't stop going to the club as in she goes about twice a week. When I tryed to call her I usually have to call her on her cell phone because I can't reach her at the house. Well she is either at her friends house getting ready to go somewhere or I don'r know what because she kind off tryes to rush me off of it. We had a big argument about it once. She kind of settle down a bit but now she is back on it. She is even on my space and there is no trust

He claims to be on disability, yet he tells my son that he operates an auto repair shop out of his home garage. He's always been like that - getting paid under the table and/or in beer! My question is this: Can you collect child support from someone on disability? Oh, and when doing a google search on his wife's name, I saw that she was involved in an accidental shooting at work a few years ago. I'm thinking she probably received a settlement. But that's probably strictly her money, right? Thanks!

hubby spends A LOT of time on the internet. playing counter strike, yahoo answers and surfing. not porn though, i'm would'nt even be so concerned if it was porn, but its not. is it that he would just rather not spend his time with me or his son? at the moment his top priority is the internet..only gets 4-6 hours of sleep a night b/c he stays on the internet until 1 or 2 a.m. EVERY night!!! what should I do??
