What are your options. What is still keeping you in this "relationship" - habit. Do you love him? How do you picture your future? You must know the answers deep inside your heart. Take control of your life & your future. Be strong!
Should you choose to stay I'm convinced that it will affect your health as you sound so unhappy. Lack of harmony in life triggers many illnesses. Ask your Mum: does she prefers to have a helthy divorced daughter or sick married one?

Get a divorce. There's no point in staying in an unhappy marraige. If you can't resolve your problems with him then what's the point of staying married. Your mom may say stay with him but she was from a time when divorce wasn't so common. There's nothing wrong with trying to be happy.

sounds like a tough one , for sure! no one can so easily take all that blame an b/s. you need to do something here , like the counseling but as i am reading this he don't sound like you all can afford it. it is only going to get worse here so don't let your mother tell you anything like a divorce is out of the question! who does she thinks she is? this is 2006 not 1900's! you need to just walk away from it , if that is what is in your heart dear!

Your mommy told you you're not allowed?? Who's life is it anyway? And what kind of man has to be told to work hard etc..... Do you have to remind him to wipe his @$$ as well? He basically treats you like crap, and you're supposed to endure this for the rest of your life?? I don't know where you're from, but here in America you don't have to stay married to someone who treats you like crap, & can't even support the two of you enough so that you can move out on your own.

Get out of this relationship. You don't have to live miserable just because other people have expectations of you. Do what is right for you, if they don't like it, TOO BAD FOR THEM!

go to a marriage counselor...if he won't go, go to a personal counselor. You need help with self esteem issues....this is YOUR life, you don't need to be asking our, mom or anyone else what to do...you have to figure out what YOU want to do. Good Luck!
