A minor can marry an adult with parental permission I believe. A minor and minor can marry also but with parents permission. I'm not sure though. I know for sure minors can get married in Alabama.

In some states, you can marry an adult as long as you get your parents consent and they sign the proper paperwork for you to do so. To really settle this argument, call an attorney or your local court clerk and ask them. They should give you the answer you are looking for.
