Most women would want to but not as much that we'd initiate the asking and interrogating about your past. The more important thing is the PRESENT.

The question will come up. To me, it doesn't matter. I love my husband regardless if he was a slut or a virgin. I have slept with more men than he has woman and he still married me.
But you might wanna keep the number low, for health's sake, ya know?

The best thing would be to think of previous relationships as they are in the past. If your spouse were to have had more partners that may cause undo stress on the relationship especially if this is a big concept in your life

I did want to know, because if it was to many women, then I would not be with him today. I did not want my husband to have been an around the way guy.

Hell my hubby ain't got nothing on me he was a good boy and me well lets just say I was not a good little girl ;) I say that when you find that some one you wanna spent the rest of your life with it won't matter all that much just be honest because sarting off things with lies or half truths can become a big problem later!

That shouldn't matter to a mature woman, I've never asked mine about that! His past has nothing to do with me and I'm not dating or marrying his past nor is he mine!!! So any woman who is going to judge you by your past isn't the woman for you anyway!!!! I'm not saying that asking the questionis wrong some woman do ask but you shouldn't be judge over it!!

I asked and wished I hadn't. If your future wife does ask be vague we don't really want to know. We just want to believe that you aren't a total man-ho. (even if we know you are) and we don't expect the truth anyways..its not like many of us tell the truth when posed this question. (at least no one I know)

No, I don't want to know and I've never asked. Besides, past is past and he's with me now so what does it really matter, unless, like the first poster said, there was some STD's involved (now that...I would want to know).

She probably will. Women are curious by nature. I will be asking mine, when the time comes along. I'd rather he be a virgin, frankly.
Edit: She has every right to ask. Whether it is past or not; because no one wants diseases. Better clean than not.
