ok im 12 and my litte brother is 6. I flat out am going to tell you i think i hate him. im not tryin to be rude but he is a perfert and ive told my parents and they just say he was probably just trying to cuddle but i know he wasnt because he always starts with tryin to get the covers off me in the morning when im asleep without wakin me up. hes touched my breasts and tryed to gt up under my shirt but i always wake up and i yell get out now and he just tries to make up an escuse but he knows i know what hes up to because ive confronted him before and im not shure what to do about it to make it stop and not only that but hes gross. whene he goes to the bathroom and goes #2 if he gets any on his hands whene he wipes he rubes it of on the side of the counter and my parents know about that too but all theve done is spanked his but the first two times but now they wont even listen to me they think im just triyn to get him in trouble and we dont get along so please tell me what i hould do

Ok, well I am 17 years old. My parents divorced about a year ago and i am with my mom. I go with my dad everyother weekend and on some holidays and stuff like that. Me and my mom have not been getting alot lately at all everysince she got her new boyfried. She treats me like crap and she hates my Boyfried. we have been together for about a year and, he is a good guy he dont drink or smoke or party. he is a freshman in college and is always good to me. she dont like him because he isnt what she wants and because he is half mexican? She is always trying to split us up and i work part time and my mom is even trying to make me quit my job, My question is, can i go and move with my dad or do i have to go through all kinds of court stuff? like can i just go over there one weekend and not go back? can the cops make me stay with her? he is my partent to and hasnt done anything wrong. me and him get alot better, and he likes my boyfriend and thinks he is good to me. please help me?

About a year ago, or so, my brother was with his girlfriend in an unfamiliar place and he got VERY low on gas, so he thot the rite thing to do wuz call my stepmom and dad, he did so, and they got real pissed at him b/c he called them! They did got mad about the gas thing, but my dad said that he would never call to tell his parents this. is it wrong that they got mad at this? would most parents be compasionite at first to help their kid in need?

I have a definitional essay due on why or why not a homosexual family is considered a family. My argument at first was that they are not a family (Just because I thought I could find sufficient information on the topic). After I realized I couldn't find any sources to implement into my paper I switched over to homosexual families are families. After doing so I still can not find any articles to list as sources.

I was wondering if anyone can give me a few reasons why a homosexual family is considered a family, and possibly some articles to back it up on.

I'm a 19 year old girl and came home from college for thanksgiving from University of Kentucky. My father is very strict and immigrated from Russia. In Russia, the punishment are given out by the father. So every time Ive done anything wrong, my dad takes me out to the shed and gives my bare *** a good whipping with a bundle of birch branches or his belt. I never saw this as an issue. But when I got to college and saw how others were, I see that its not normal. When I got home, I back-talked my dad. He took me out there, and told me to drop my pants. I couldn't believe it but I still had to but I took off my pants and underwear and took his 50 strokes with the belt. I cried the whole time and my *** still has bruises and marks (a week later). What should I do? What should I tell him? I said no before and he said then he wont pay for my school. I would rather be punished then have to pay 30000 a year but I want to know if there is another way. Damn russians and their toughness.

I live with my big sister who is 24 and married. I am 16. Our whole lives we have been toghether going from foster home to foster home. When finnaly we were adopted by this nice family. Then my sister met this guy. They went out for 4 years and got married. They have been married for two years. One night I was doing homework when I heard arguing downstairs. I ignored it, but then I heard a loud and scary scream! Thats when I ran to the stairs and saw something awful. My sister on the floor crying with bruises all over her arms and face. THats when I saw him come over to her and kick her! Then he looked up towards the stairs and I ran into my room. The last time I saw her being abused was in the kitchen. She was throwing pots and pans at him because he slapped he. Then he started to go for then she tried to climb the counters but he grabbed her and threw her against the wall and started to hit her!

My parents yell at me for everything.

First, today, my mom wants to look at my homework and she says my handwriting isn't good enough and she starts yelling at me about how she told me 100 times, so I tell her to please stop yelling at me and I'll redo it, but she keeps yelling at me.

Later today she was too tired to cook dinner so I had to reheat spaghetti, and as I was done pouring the tomato sauce I accidentally spill some, she starts to yell at me while I try to clean it up, I tell her to please stop yelling at me and I will clean it up, and she says how I do this everytime and I tell her maybe I'm just clumsy, but she just continues yelling at me. My mom yells at me for every mistake I make and I really cannot live with it, I sometimes feel like running away or killing myself, what should I do?

At school today, I got a call from the assistant principal. A group of my friends (unknown) told him about some bruises on my arms. I went down to the office, and he asked if he could see them. I told him what happened. "I was having a pillow fight with 5 of my cousins and we were throwing eachother off the bed. If you think my parents did this, please think again. They would never hurt me." He looked suspisciously saying,"Yes, but it looked like someone grabbed you on the side of your arm." I told him we were playing pretty rough when we probably shouldn't have. I hope my parents don't get in trouble for something they didn't do. I have another meeting with him tomorrow (not sure why). What should I do?

My parents keep asking me what I want for Christmas this year, so far I've asked for a few things, nothing real special. But now my cat is really sick. She's taking four medications, we're picking another medication up tomorrow, and we're giving her fluids through an IV, and she wont eat..in the past week, she has eaten twice! and she's been like this for almost two weeks, and has barely improved..if at all. My dad said if she doesn't get better in one more week, then we have to put her down, because I guess it means she has a bad disease, and it would cost way too much just to get the tests done to see what is wrong with her,and they might not be able to even tell what's wrong. She isn't very old, only five years. So I guess what I'm trying to ask is...is it wrong for me to throw out my Christmas list, and just ask them for a new cat? That is if she is put down, hopefully she wont have to, but things aren't looking very good at all. I feel horrible, I mean..she's part of our family

I'm constantly being put down because I don't put other people's happiness before my own, like my grandmother's. My mom works all day and leaves my grandma to take care of me and my little brother, who is quite a handful. He has to go over to his father's this weekend and my grandma decided that I had to go over to my father's this weekend so she could go off and shop and go out to eat and not have to worry about me at home. She is an extreme worry-wart and can't go off for a few hours and enjoy herself knowing I'm at home alone. It drives me crazy because there is nothing I can do to make her stop worrying. And when I complained about being sent away she pulled the whole "Why can you not do this for me? Is my happiness not important to you?" I have tried putting her and others before myself but it's kind of hard to make others happy when I'm never happy myself. Is there something I can tell myself when people ask me to do something for them?

Well my mom and dad divorced when I was 12, and me being an only child, they just decided to sort of "divide" me between the two of them and that's fine.
Well just recently I moved out, (I'm 19 now) and my mom calls me every single day angry that I stayed up late and didn't tell her where I was going etc....
and then I remind her that I moved out.
Well the other day, I went to see her, and all of a sudden she started crying and screaming that Satan was going to take my soul and make me eat filth for all eternity, and that he was telling her that he would burn me with the rest of the homosexual athiests, (whatever this means)
I told my dad, and he admitted that the reason they had gotten a divorce in the first place was because mom claimed her guardian angel told her to, or she would go to hell.
So I'm kind of scared that she'll hurt herself. I've never seen her like this before. How should I act around her? im confused.

Funny title...right?
Last year my mom bought my little brother and I jackets, and she knows I don't like the ugly yellow of them and that one is too big for me, the other...too small. I think we should just give them away in a coat drive at our Parish.

My dad is a C.E.O, so we have money. He spoils my little brother-but knows if it-and my older half sister-we only share the same father- and she has nice things (her mother doesn't work.) I...I'm the one who doesn't ask for much, and I'm scared to ever ask for anything because I'm afraid of getting the answer "no."

I use my northface, it's thin and a tad bit small, and I want a warm jacket for the winter! My mom is telling me to just use one of the ones she got last year--she wouldn't wear ANYTHING that ugly--so I don't know why she expects me to wear them. My little brother didn't like them either, so he got a big warm jacket. Why can't I just ask my dad? I'm scared to ask him for a (TBC...)

i like to make my own judgement on people instead of listening to what other people have to say. i believe my uncle is a freeloader. i try not to listen to how my relatives blow it out of proportion, but i see what I see. he came back to my hometown after almost a decade with his family and ended up moving moving into my grandmother's house. no rent paying, no phone bill paying. when asked for money, he always seems to be out of money. he charges my own mom for doing her favors. i'm a grown man and find that if i have a job and watch what i spend i'll have money. would there be a reason as to why my uncle never seems to have any money, or is he just milking this whole family thing until it's dry?

My boyfriend and I are raising his boys.
Boys mom picked up and ran off years ago,
Boys mom talks to boys almost everyday and takes them to school every once in awhile.
Pays for nothing.

Boys need clothes, school stuff ect; (we supply)

Boys mom calls today tells me "make sure boys have clothes I taking them to get a family portrait"

What makes me mad is DONT you think underwear or socks would have been better??????

Time with mom is important too?

This one is directed to born-again Christian parents. I have some kids still young enough to make Christmas lists for the things they would like for Christmas. They pore over magazines and catalogs with zeal. This has irked me for several years. I do not like the idea of making lists. To me it smacks of coveting. It is not as though our family is poor. They have plenty of aunts and uncles who give each year at Christmas and birthdays. We are not wealthy, but God has been gracious. Still, we get them each three items each for each birthday and Christmas. And we don't tend to spend a whole lot because we want them to be grounded and learn to save for some things themselves. We don't want them focusing on material things.

I would like to end the practice altogether. My husband says that that's how we know what they really want. I feel that true gift giving is knowing the person and giving from the heart, not what the recipient is 'expecting'. To me, that's greedy.
