I have been with my husband for 11 years. We had our first son when we were 18. We married at 23 and had our 2nd son at 25. Over the years, my husband has been extremely verbally abusive to me. He has violent moodswings. He had never physically abused me, but the verbal abuse is so bad--especially infront of my children. He calls me a tw**, cu**, and a b**ch. Today he decided to throw a big scene. I am tired of being in this relationship. It has mentally and emotionally drained me. I keep going for my kids, but I am so depressed. I am in therapy right now. I cannot financially afford to leave, but I am at the end of my rope. After these tantrums, my husband expects me to forgive and forget and go on like nothing happened. I just can't find it in my heart to do that anymore. I wanted to wait until the children are grown to leave, but each day it gets harder. I want to be happy like all the other happy couples I see. Please help!

Who do u love more? ur kids or ur husband/wife? A lot of people tell me u can never love anyone more than u love ur kids no matter who he or she is. Is that true? can u love both ur children and ur husband/wife equally?

basicly the same story just a different day. i need to find the courage just to say the he** with it and go on with my life. i live with an alcholoic and when he drinks he gets soooo nasty and verbaley abusive. tonights serneo was all about my grand son, him saying that he was'nt my grand son, and that my son did'nt have the ba**s to have a son. that he was sick and tired of him coming around and that if i did'nt take the pic of him and santa off my computer web page he would throw it out of the window tomorrow. and that i spent too much on him for christmas. i bought all of his kids and grandchildren something for christmas and its 10 grandchildren and 4 children. i only have 1 son and grandson, the gransons mother is in prison for cdv and i could just go on and on, but whats the point. by the way i had $200.00 stole out of my wallet sometime today, that didnt help. i have cancer and trying to work and my husband is 9 years older than i and he doesnt work. draws ssi, started 1mth ago.

i went to a bar this sat and everyone told me i looked pretty and sexy. well my crush did too except when he was really hammered he didnt even flirt with me once, he flirted with all the other coworkers (since we went out from work for a coworkers/friend b-day)anyway he was touchy with everyone, including some guys.and i know he is not bi or gay, he was not touchy with me, except when i arrived at the club, he said i looked pretty.he kept talking about how pretty my hair looked, and he hugged me, thats it,he asked if i wanted a shot and i said no, (iam not 21) iam 20, hes 25, he kept saying afterwards"arent you 19) like as if he wanted me to get kicked out, later when he was very hammered, he kept trying to get me jealous , with the girls i would be talking to , he would tell them how pretty they were and hugg them, ignoring me, at an after party he told me i have pretty hair but didnt like me cuz im weird,then he told this girl that was taking me home to make sure i get there safe

seems that people always flock to me to help them as iam good at calling ppl on the phone, matchmaking etc.
its as if several of my co-workers have forgotten how to dial numbers etc.
i call lawyers, cell phone ppl., landline phone companys, doctors etc etc etc.
i even had to call one womans ex and leave him a message to please consider thier child and pay his child support.
i do have a knack for getting things done but now everytime i turn around iam wanted to call or fix something.
i was asked to be present when one lady went to see a lawyer about divorce.
i help some ppl cut down on their bills by talking to the utilitys companys as i know the best deals.
i love helping ppl but i think its time i let them do their own things.
any of you have this same problem?
oh one lady had me call her loan company and beg them not to take her home!
she gave me all of her info and i was her on the phone.

i work with her and she tells me that she loves me and makes me little love notes and sometimes writes her name with my last name (im not sure if shes kidding) and tells me im hilarous (but so does everyone else). but the only problem is i think she likes another person who we work with who happens to be one of my best friends. im not sure if i should ask her out because it could possibly ruin our friendship.

My boyfriend of 2 years broke up with me yesterday. We haven' really been having issues or anything so I'm sort of confused. We have a really good relationship. We both love each other and are in love, we trust each other, we have respect for each other. Recently he moved and we only get to see each other on weekends, and this is the only time he gets to see his friends as well. He said he finished it because he wasn't happy with the situation. Which in a way I can understand but surely it's something we could work at especially as the other basic principles of the relatioship are there? I'm not sure if its just a shock in lifestyle change... anyway I was wondering who of you think theres a chance things might work out? I'm talking to him about it in a few days.

Ok so my boyfriend broke up with me like 2 months ago.. it was a 4 year relationship. URGH! i have been dating this guy and he recently found out that he got his ex pregnet. she's keeping the baby but he doesn't love her he likes me alot. he cannot stand his ex and he is always telling me how bad he wants to be with me and how i'm different from any other girls he's been with. but i feel guilty because i feel that he should be with the mother of his baby but he doesn't want to be with her. i don't know if he is just mad at the situation and really means all the things that he saids about her because they were once in love. please help me because i'm confused and i need good advise on what to do.

I am waiting for my children to fall asleep good and I don't dare go near the stash before midnight. (they are sick and coughing so I am afraid they are not good asleep yet)

I am downing coffee and I am so tired. I don't think I will fall asleep, but I was wondering in a funny way if any parents ever forgot to lay the gifts out.

I know this would not be funny in real life, but maybe in a movie, like "oh sh*t, hunny, we forgot the presents" and you see the kids just staring at the presentless tree in their nightgowns. Maybe something with Vince Vaughn in it. And the kids could be hellions and come back like "what the f*ck, wheres our presents?"

I don't know, I could be delirous right now....what do you think?

If she is not thick most of the time and has shown to come out with sharp answers before hand but maybe can be a bit ditzy at times when not thinking..what would you think of her if she asked when everyone takes out their drivers license to show as ID, why it is a different colour to hers, because she has the provisional and hasn't got her full license yet. About this time last year I found out my hubby cheated on me with one of my friends and she was 16 years old. not much I can say age of cansent. my daughter was not even 6 months yet and he did this. I was so heat broken. I found out they were talking about marrege and kids. what could I do I was stuped to stay well she finally left and he wanted me back I said ok things were still bad then she came back around she had a new husband to be her own age. Oh yeah and my hubby is 26 years old. but any way I found out he was still in love with her and things got out of hand. She is 17 now but her and I got into a fight and he protected her and then he called the cops and tryed to get me commited saying I was a danger to my self so I was at the hospital for about 4 to 5 hours. It did not work so they let me go then he locked me out of my house then I had to climb in my window and that hurt. it was high up and I am short. any way he then told me he wanted a divorce and he did not love me.

I was abused from ages 8-10 by an uncle then at 14 I was raped by my boyfriends older brother I never turned either of them in. I wish now that I had said something. Again this is just a chance for you to share your story a lot of times the victims are not given a voice.
