I have a 14 yr old, 16 yr old and 20 yr old still living with me. I am trying to manage my children, take care of my house and work. My boyfriend lives 45 minutes away and only wants to see me at his house. I have a very active household and my children can be disrespectful at times, but I look at them as being teens going through what teens do. He thinks they should always be compliant and helpful so his excuse for not coming my way is them. I think he is jealous of my children, my siblings, etc., but he tells me he just wants people to always treat me nice and with respect. The other night I tried to explain to him how I was feeling, but he basically told me he cared and I was wrong. I am tired of always feeling wrong and him never wanting to see me (just talk on the phone). I feel sad, and probably should move on, but it hurts. Lonely in America. Help!

My ex left me oct 5 th this year, he moved back for the 2nd time to his co-worker (she is 27 he is 42 and i am 47) we were together for 61/2 years. He left me a dear john letter telling me he tried to love me again but it wasn't the same (he even took my dish towles)!!!. He tells me he is madly in love and found his soul mate.
Both work for knology as cable guys.
It is christmas and i am still hurt and so sad over this breakup. I am not interrested in dating at all, and yesterday I called him and had the nerve to whinne and ask him if he ever would come back to me and to tell me yes or no so i could move on(how sick?) He did not answer me he just replyed to call him next week !!!
I feel like crap. How can i regain my dignity or sanity?
I would like to wish all you wonderfull people a merry Christmas , you have been for many times very insperational and supportive of my emotional delema. Thank you!!

Now when i go clubbing i tend to go with a group of girls. Now i want to improve me dancing. I think i am an average dancer but my friends have said that i can dance very well when slightly tipsy. Now does this mean i have no confidence in m self? And how can i improve my dancing skills?

He was talking about his brother that annoys him, but he put one of his hands on my face, and used the other to slap his hand that was against my face... what impression does that give you of him?? He WAS verbally abusive and controlling too... When he did that pretend slap, it scared me and hurt my feelings.. even though it wasn't directed towards me... It was just odd... what do you think of someone that would do that?

Having married a Caucasian girl and since had a child with her, my korean mate Peter is well aware of the consequences of bucking tradition; his mother refused to come to his wedding.

"Especially with Koreans, there's a lot of national pride involved, it's like losing face if you don't marry a girl of your own nationality."

So is that the answer? Are Asian guys just not approaching Aussie girls because their families may not eventually accept them marrying a Caucasian girl?

Children are blessings (most of the time anyway). So,not that you could ever put a put a price tag on the amount of love parents give to their children but, if you had to had to, parents, how much money would you want for raising your children until the age of 18?? Please dont give me any answers like "its priceless" or "i love them so much, there isn't an amount". Assuming you had to come up with a figure , how much would you choose?? what do you do if you ask someone out in lust and not love because someone used to like you?
but you end up feeling crappy because the person who liked you changed the way they felt about you over time the farther and farther they get, knowing that a small part of you liked them.
did i really like her, or did i just like her because she gave me a lot of signals of her being interested but end up just being a fling?

My Grandpa died of a heart attack at age 62, his mom (my g-grandmother) lived up to age 86, and his dad lived up till about 70 ( give or take 7 years). My grandma lived to about 72 she had diabetes and strokes. Her mom lived up till 96 years old and her dad died at age 40 from suicide. On her side neither of her parents had diabetes.

How come my grandparents had to get all the bad luck and die so young?

My ex of 4 yrs. left me because he couldn't deal with all the fighting over his alcohol addiction. I was willing to work on our relationship because outside of his addiction we were still very loving & affectionate towards each other . A month later he has hooked up with a married woman & now claims he loves her even though she is still with her husband. I know that right now he thinks things will be different with her because she only see the good parts not, the whole picture. I have heard that she is planning on asking him for a divorce & wants to marry my ex which infuriates me because I still love him & feel that I was never given the chance to work on our relationship-I'm sure she doesn't know much about me. Anyways, should her husband be informed that she is planning on leaving him. I know nothing about her relationship with her husband except that he did find her cell phone with messages on it from my ex & was not happy. I do not know what she has told him but, shes still there.

I am curious as to how it works. I live in Ca. if that makes a difference (not sure). Will they give hime the equipment to set it up himself? Do they come to your home at all? My neighbor across the street who we are really good friends with is a sheriff and I don't want them to find out about it. Will he know or can we just lay low for those 6 days and hope no1 finds out. We are good people and don't do anything wrong so in my opinion the cops shouldn't come here but I don't know if it's routine. My husband chose this instead of cleaning freeways or whatever they do. Just need more info as to how everything works. Thanks to whoever can shed some light. Merry x-mas.

Would you add your new wife who is from China to your house deed? The house was bought years ago by the husband and has no mortgage. The wife has no money or assets. If the husband dies the house would belong to the wife but if they divorced why should she receive a house she never paid for? Is a prenuptial also a good idea?

My wife and I have been married 3 years. We have a 6-month old baby. I just found out that she is having an affair. She has been having the affair for over a year (yes, while she was pregnant!).

The guy she is having the affair with is also married and has 2 young children. As far as I know, he and his wife are still together.

My question is this: should I tell his wife that her husband is having this extended affair with my wife? If so, how? If not, why not?

I am 21 years old. Just turned 21 in September. Anyway, my parents don't get a long. My mom went out and bought a dinky Christmas tree that her and my brother could handle according to them because she said my father doesn't put up the tree. You see, they haven't been speaking to each other for a real long time because they're not getting a long, so she said she didn't want to ask him to put it up and put it up herself the week before last. My father actually put up are actual big artificial tree just yesterday because my mom through down the other one after a family fight we had last Monday in which I insulted the small dinky tree because she was nagging at me and my brother. My brother just turned 27 and recently moved back in so she was fighting with him and me. Anyway last year, my dad put up the real tree real late, like on Christmas eve or something, and my mom got all mad at him. Anyway who's side are u on?
