I have just received my ed's email saying merry Christmas. We have separated for 2 months, as I thought he is not a kinda trustworthy person. We had a very happy time though. Should I email back?

If you have moved on and are seeing someone then no do not message back ignore it. And if you really dont want to be with the person do not because this is like a window of opportunity to talk to you again. Just ask yourself do they deserve it? Only you went thru the relationship and know how it was. If it was bad then i wouldnt give them the time of day. Hope this helps. And have a merry christmas lol ;-)

'Merry Christmas and Happy New Years'

or something like that.
But if you're over with him, then just be simple about it.

Yeah, My moms boyfriend always said it costs nothing to be friendly.
And you don't want it to look like your holding a grudge.
Have a good Christmas!

It is okay to say merry xmas and happy new year. It does not mean anything unless he says more, it does mean anything.
