It's like getting kicked in the gutt, having someone take your heart out, stomp on it and then spit on.
My ex cheated on me. But the most painful thing was that he cheated with a woman who had a child and he took time away from HIS kids to spend time with her and her child. I can forgive his cheating on me (I've found true love now) but I'll not forgive him for putting someone elses child ahead of his own.

It is a violation of trust. But, learn a lesson. It really means that you gave your trust to the wrong person. That is your fault. The next time, be careful with your heart and take your time. If you are with the right person they will respect you for this action.
For years I have understood that I can not control the actions of anyone but myself. I openly say that if there is a time when the person that I am with is thinking about being with someone else that they say the truth before they act. This way the hurt is less. But, cheating is the symptom of a relationship with big problems. Take your medicine and improve yourself. Life goes on and on. Remember, there is a beginning, a middle, and an end to everything that we do.

I caught my wife in another guys hotel room, on my birthday. Two weeks before Christmas. Everything that we shared just blew up in my face. Our two kids, our lives, my heart. I don't know what a ton of bricks is supposed to feel like when it hits you, but it couldn't feel any worse than that did. If you read any answers I post here about cheating, I think you understand that I HATE cheaters. How do you really describe the feeling of knowing your family has just been ripped out from under you? And that's just the tip of the iceberg. I used to get my stomach all tied up in knots as I drove over to pick up my kids for the weekend. To see the pure wretchedness of my ex-wife's face when she opened the door, and to think again of all the things that went up in smoke the moment I caught her. Please remember people, you are nothing without TRUST, and with that INTEGRITY.

Yes, unfortunately.

It felt as if the person I loved stood in front of me, smiled, and then ripped my heart out (kinda like in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom) then spit on it, threw it on the ground, stomped on it, smashed it, burnt it, spit on it again, laughed, and then walked away.
I felt as if my world ended, and it took a long time for me to even want to date again. It has been over 2 years and I am still dealing with trust and security issues. Luckily the woman I love now is willing to help me with those issues, because she is working on them aswell. She was cheated on too. So we now have each other, and it feels great.

if you care about the person, its like somebody punched u in the gut, and if they cheat with a friend or family it feels like you will never get over it, and you want to hurt somebody

Your heart is ripped out and shown to you.

You are kicked in the groin.

Your stomach is turned and twisted and you have the dry heaves.

And that is a GOOD day!
