I would like to start seeing a counselor individually, to help with some personal problems i've been having lately.
I am young, live on my own, and obviously, can't afford to pay the average $120 (or more!) an hour...
What are some options for finding affordable counseling?

isnt it easier to call or email them and tell the people when the weddings are and the details instead of sending cards in the mail.

Is any one starting to feel the same as I do? I find yahoo A & Q beginning to be a waste of time. Maybe I am going to the wrong categories? I find too many are Teen dating problems. I don't know how many questions I read before I decide to reply to one. Some things just sound soooo made up. Sick people! Like one girl today there was question, I am pregnant and there is blood all over the floor!! Help!! I mean get real you are bleeding and have time to be on your pc? Do you get my drift here? Things that are worthless to answer! Another one I didn't reply to , I am sleeping with my girlfriend and her mom. Yeah, my only thought was, who passed on the desease to whom first?! Another, are you jealous of the toys your kids get? Like grow up lady??My question is, where are the normal people on here? I recently caught my husband cheating on me. We've been married for 10 years so it really hurts. He said that he just did it for fun but didn't really want to hurt me. He said that he'll never do it again but I don't trust him anymore. I have forgiven him but I can't forget what he did. Now, he's complaining that I don't give him any freedom. I wasn't a controlling wife before but now, I'm turning to be one because I'm afraid that he's going to cheat again. This may push him away from me so I need some advise -- what should I do?

Also, he has lots sexual fantasies (i.e. having threesome) and asked me if it's ok. I'm not really cool with it but should I give in just to get that over with? I am thinking that if I'm a participant then I won't feel a lot of resentment towards him and also he will be more open to me. It might be better than him doing it behind my back.

my parent's are divorced, my dad has a girlfriend, aka basically my stepmom. The other day I left my jacket in their room and forgot to get it, then it went missing for 4 days. I then decided to go to her room early in the morning to look for it. She saw me looking for something and asked me what I was looking for, her always locked closet was open and i saw my jacket hanging with her jackets, I walked in her closet and answered, "My Jacket". Then she pretends, oh that's your jacket? I find the sleeves to be folded and my brother telling me he saw her wear it. I was wearing my jacket and my older step brother told me that his mother tried giving him the jacket and saying that she bought it. Shes only very nice to me in front of my father at the dinner table, but at other times when hes not around, she doesnt even acknowlege me. I tell my dad and I can see that he's sad but honestly I dont think he could find another woman at this age. What should i do with this woman? Get her back?

Greetings everyone, name is Tito, i am an italian from Rome and here is my question!

I can see that from the women s reaction when they meet me, but my brother have a different story, because he have got light blue eyes and blond hair, and almost the women whom meet him, start loving his blue eyes and his hair!

How i hate my brown eyes, i have been cursed indeed!
The only thing in me which i am very proud of it is my body, i love to workout every day, modeling my muscles in a maximum level, but perheps that seems not enough for women in these days!

Would you be mad if your husband went to a strip bar?
Me and two co-workers were coming back from a buisness trip and stopped in Nashville to eat. The next thing I know we were drinking rum straight out of the bottle and having the time of our lives at a strip club. I dodged my wifes phone calls and finally made it home around 3:00 am. I told her my phone was out of order and we had car trouble. She bought it, hook, line and sinker. I tipped with 5 dollar bills and blew 300.00 dollars. Even if I did get caught, it will still be worth it. I had the best time ever.

my boyfriend and i have been dating for almost nine months now. we have had a rocky relationship the past few but were hanging in there. my problem is that i have no idea what to get him for christmas. i want to get him something that he will remember me by, and he said he would like something he can use. thats my only clue =/ i want more then a gift for him because i know how great it makes you feel to receive a personal gift as compared to a gift card. =/ any good ideas out there? any idea will do. thanks so much!

so i currently have a 3 month old. the father and i split up back in april. we're just now gettin to go to the attorney general to start the child support. how do we go about the visitation with out having to go to court? and will he get to keep her over night immediatley or do they have a certain age for the babies? i honestly don't think its fair him getting her right away, but just wondering if someone knows the age.

We are having a small wedding next October with just close friends and family (about 50). My brother and I are very close, my FH has also become very close to him. I am having my SIL be my MOH and my FH wants my brother to be his BM. I really want my brother to walk me down the isle tho because my dad passed away 3 yrs ago. When my husband & I have sex, I can always tell when he has masturbated within the last 10 hours or so. It's just not the same and I feel like I'm getting "leftovers". (Same meaning not as big, hard, etc.) I don't mind him doing it, don't get me wrong, I just wish I could get some without getting the leftovers. I want it & give it to him at least once a day so I don't understand why he can't just wait for me. If it didn't seem "different", I wouldn't care. I love my parents very much, and I don't want to hurt them.. But lately all I have been wondering about is my biological mother. I think if I told my parents I wanted to meet her, they would be really upset and disappointed. I just feel that right now is a critical time for me, I'm trying to figure myself out and what I want from life. I think if I met her it would perhaps give me a better perspective on myself. How would I get put in touch with her?

Is this a bad idea? I know my birthmom still thinks of me sometimes, because every so often we get a letter from her (that my parents dont allow me to read). However they tell me certain things, and I know she has a family now.. Two kids aged 3-5 or something. Thinking about it now I'm not even so sure she is going to want me in her life......

I'm 23, just out of college, and just found out that my best friend of forever is pregnant. I feel like she just threw everything away. She's happily married and I think she's happy about it, but no matter how hard I try I cant be happy for her. She used to have so many dreams, to travel the world, to live in Paris for a year, to go to grad school and move away from our small town. Now she's just trapped, stuck with a baby and a normal average life. The question though is more about me - Everyone says "Well thats what happens at your age." I feel like I must not be normal because I have NO desire to settle down and get married and have children. I like being in a relationship, but I just dont want to be trapped like she is going to be. I have no maternal instinct and I feel like once you have kids your life is over...Does anyone else around my age feel like this? Am I normal?

Hi everyone,
I am 26 years old, I usually work whole day and really tired by night so I don't get a chance to go out. I am single and feel really alone, I don't know what to do. I really hate making small talks but only with the people I don't know. And it takes a while for me to get use to any person.
I don't know what to do; I finally found this forum and thought to post it here. I haven’t told anyone about my personal life before maybe out of fear (that my life sucks).
