my boyfriend and i have been dating for almost nine months now. we have had a rocky relationship the past few but were hanging in there. my problem is that i have no idea what to get him for christmas. i want to get him something that he will remember me by, and he said he would like something he can use. thats my only clue =/ i want more then a gift for him because i know how great it makes you feel to receive a personal gift as compared to a gift card. =/ any good ideas out there? any idea will do. thanks so much!

btw, gifts "sex related" wont really help. we have an active sex life and theres not much more i could give him in that department that would be special.

i cant exactly afford the game system. and i was going for something a wee bit more personal anyways. =/ my budget is under 100 if possible

But dear, you have given us only very little information to suggest something. Like you have not told us your budget or his age or what he likes or what his hobbies are.
But, he said he would prefer something he can use and always remember you by.. hmmmm... Just try one of these:
A nice watch
Sneakers
Wallet with your photo
A nice belt
A jacket
His family tree for his work desk.

I love questions that seem innocuous on the face of it, but then read the details, and, suddenly, you put into the mix that things aren't as good as they seem. Yours goes even further by making "had a rocky relationship" seem like a footnote to the sinking of the Titanic!
