False. I may be in the minority on here but I rather have not loved at all. Those who are most worthy of love are never made happy by it. So to hope to be made happy by love is a certain cause of grief. & I rather be happy.
I am painfully in love. I have loved only once & I am trapped & can not free myself.
Peace

Initially love is a wonderful thing - its how you lost the love that determines in the end whether or not it was actually worth having, so I guess both true & false

That statement is a double edged sword. I have been burnt with the whole losing part and that sucks pretty bad. I have been single and hated it. So depends on the person. Some people like to be loners.

If you can actually let go of love when you've lost it, then its good. But if you turn into a bitter stalker who cant get over their last love its probably best to not love at all.

I don't feel that question can be answered, because I believe we'll all fall in love before we check out from this life!
