the father of my kids lives out of the US and probably will never come, then how can child support help me?
i have an appointment the 21st and they want his social but he is not even legal here. what should I take for my appointment, i mean i do want help from them.

Give them any information you have on the father. Tell them honestly everthing you know. If anything is down on paper, share it with them. You may need to show you have done all this if they are unable to find him and you need support from the county.

make sure you give them all the information you have. i do not know international laws about child support, but they will be able to help you. you may get help just based on the fact that he doesnt live in this country. give his name, last known address, social if he has one, and any other info you have on him. (where family lices ect.) if you get granted support in the us, and he doesnt pay then he will owe you that money for the rest of his life. if he ever comes to live here, he wont ba able to drive or even get a good job because support collection will find him. it may take some time but things should work out for yu. good luck.

What they want from you is all the information about him that you can provide.
A social security number, a current address or phone number, the name of the company he is working for etc..,
What they do with it or can and can't do with it, is their problem. But to get Medicaid, food stamps, financial assistance of any kind you have to provide them with this.

His social security #, address, all contact info, his job, his mothers maiden name. YOu will need the child support. This is to help support the child, help pay for utilities and costs of providing for a child. sad he may not be involved, but it is still his responsibility to the child to provide for him/her.

oh, wow this is the same thing that happened to me, i got pregnant when i went to europe. child support can't do much they probably will just send you to welfare.
what they told me is they can't help me unless this guy is legal to the united state or inside.

they should have given you a list of everything you need.
his social security number, his last known address they will let you know what else they will need. good luck happy holidays

just give all the info that you have. What else can you do? i am pretty sure no one knows their spouse ssn. I've been with my hubby for 10 years and i don't know his.
