my coworker that never told me about his gf ,never would have lunch with me!!
then I did a few bad things to him online,
then he found out it was me,
then we both apologised,
then he said we will still say hi but we wont be friends,
and when I asked him to lunch aain he said NO!,he would rather go with people he just met.
why?

What do you mean what have I done? Just read what you wrote and that should be all you need. Leave the guy alone or get charged with harassment and loose your job.

Well, it could be because he has a girlfriend. (But then, maybe he thought of you as someone he could sneak around with...but now that things have blown up at work, you're too high profile a risk). Believe it or not, you're better off (assuming I'm right). Those kinds of relationships aren't very fulfilling, and you'd always wonder if he was "creeping" on you, too. You did "a few bad things to him online" - you're lucky he even talks to you at all. And I have a feeling it was more than a few things.
