Pretend you have been chatting with someone online for a while, possibly a few years, and you've seen them on webcam, seen pictures, talked on the phone, and you consider this person to be one of your best friends or potential lover, but you find out right before you go to meet them, that the person is in lets say, a wheelchair, or is overweight, or some other flaw that you didn't know about, would you still meet that person?




(Also, the person didn't lie to you about being overweight or any of the above...it just never came up in conversation.)

I'm earning $50K a year but we never have any money in the bank, I stress about it all year and her response is always "don't worry about it, we have enough"

but we never have enough, and we end up having to get a credit card or a loan which is maxed out or spent straight away

she keeps buying me sh*t I don't need and now it's christmas and we have no money and she's depressed because I said she only needs to give me a 2nd hand book for christmas and i'll be fine.

I don't know what to do, no matter what I say she can't save a single cent.

sometimes I like going to the pub for a drink after a long week at work but I haven't been able to do that in months, Is it too much to ask for $20 for myself from time to time???

the question is kind of everywhere.... sorry :(

she's always says this whenever shes mad. Im in highschool and I had to move in with her cause my dad had a stroke (hes better now, and is living on his own). She always acts childish and gets what she wants. She sold my old house for 700,000 and bought herslef a house. She goes shopping everyday... target, ikea, bed bath and beyond... its a shopping spree everyday for her. She calls me stupid and retarded and makes lies to get her husband on her side. She says shes gonna make me live with my mom (she left me in 6th grade) or my dad, WHO I WANT TO LIVE WITH but the hous ehe lives in is not getting repaired... and is ****. And my mom isn;t getting a b bed room for a year. I need some help.

theres a girl with me in uni ... she is in my age ... one day I was thinking of something and just staring on nothing she came throw and stopped suddenly and said : do u need anything I said no she said do u want anything I said no then sho went ... may be I was staring at her I cant rememper couz I was thinking ... that day I was in a lecture she wasnt there ... I went to the bathroom and when I came back she was there and sitting in my seat and my bag is in front of here I took it and sat in a nother place ... she sometimes look at me or staring but not always ...
I dont know what that means is she flirting or what or it was just a coincidence or she hate me and dont wana me to look at here or what ... what should I do ... :)

So, my boyfriend of about two months mentioned moving in together after Christmas. I don't know if I want to though, I mean we will be together for three months then but still I come from a family where moving in before you are married or at least engaged isn't very good. I don't know, I love him, it's just I don't think I am ready to move in with him this fast, what do yall think? Do you think it's such a good idea?? Thanks a bunch.

There's the girl I recently met and was considering asking her out (she's being very flirty, touching me, laughing, etc.) We met yesterday in the union to talk about a research paper we were doing with some other people and some guy that's a bit bigger than me came over to us and started hitting on her, feeling her all up basically, I wasn't sure how to act? I didn't say anything or give off any emotion because obviously she's not my girl, but I wasn't sure what to do. What would you do in this situation, and what would you do if she was your girlfriend and some guy did this?

I don't have anymore family other than my mother and I really dont have an option.....The problem is my mother will not sign my housing contract for college. I have a 3.7GPA and really good grades. But she doesnt want to help. She thinks all i wanti to do is go away and party. I have never been to a real party since I have been a teen. LOl....i wouldnt even know how to act if I went to a party...... She wont even let me reason anything out for myself....she's controlling my life....We have problems....i know....But her keeping me from attending college is sad. If i cant go to the college of my choice I'm signing up for the Army or Air Force when i turn 18. I really want to do something with my life.

me and my husband are fighting constantly. even though i asked just yesterday if we should have another child i realize that i would not want to bring another child into this situation. i do not feel the same way about my husband as i did when i married him 5 years ago. i also know he doesnt feel the same way about me because he always says, "You are not the woman I married. I do not even know you! It would be better if we were not together!" Of course we never fight in front of the kids. i have a 6 year old daughter from a prevous relationship and a 4 year old son and a set of two year olf twins (boy and girl). i feel bad that they are in the middle and if we did get a divorce we would be hurting them. however i do not feel the same way as i did even 2 years ago. i can't imagine living with him until one of us die! what should i do? i am also stressed from being with the kids all day while he goes to work then goes play golf. I NEED ADVICE! we cant talk anymore because it doesnt work!

this guy i like was talking to me on IM one night and he asked who i liked, so i told him that i liked him. He seemed cool with it and we kept talking. the next day, he sits next to me in one of my classes and starts flirting big time. like playing with my computer and joining in on every conversation. After this he doesnt talk to me anymore on IM and when he does is very brief. Last night i tried to talk to him and he left in exactly five minutes, right up to the last second. then, in school today, he tries to talk to me more like joining in on my conversations and helping me with my work and stuff. then he sits right behind me in writing and we were both turned around so we would occasionally make eye contact.

but i like him and i wanna know if he likes me too.
what game is he trying to play???

I mean, haven't you all dreamed about having one ideal person for you, who'd have all the characteristic marks that you have and are exactly like you? Even if you got plenty of chums haven't you ever wanted to meet someone like that?
I for example have some guys I like whom I could call friends and so, but not exactly best and ideal and actually they're so different than me that I sometimes wonder how can we even get along..I realy have a dream to find ideal friend who would be just like me, so I was thinking maybe some of you was thinking about this too and I wanted to know what do you think about finding your best friend in internet, I mean, internet is accessible for almost everyone on the earth and even if you seem very weird and so different from everybody, I think anyway there should be someone exactly like you somewhere on this earth, and you can find em trough net? what d'ya think?
p.s-maybe this is weird Q, but I suddenly got urg to ask this, so it couldn't be helped.. ^^

I relize this sounds bad and it tears me up inside! everything in me wants to get along with her...and she is so nice to me, she is helping me through law school, she bought me a condo, gives me almost anything I need or want (although I don't ask for much these days)....here's the problem: she had a rough childhood so she never really grew up (personality wise) she is a workaholic so I have issues with her putting her children 2nd after work my entire life. I don't live in the same state as her and everytime I see her we fight like crazy (mostly me getting frustrated, actually I am mean)I get annoyed at her b/c she talks to me like I am 10, she never gives me straight answers and everything is some stupid corny joke. She alwasy has to be the center of attention and is so loud and always trying to make people laugh...she is constantly hyper (it drives me crazy)...she can't calm down to have a normal adult conversation. I feel so guilty because I miss her so much and I love her

I kno its a horrible thing to say. And i feel horrible for having to say it.... but am i wrong???

Im an A+ student, honors, pretty many friends. Hes two yrs younger then me, three grade levels cuz of his bday.
things he does to me:
tells me he hates me
tells me the 40 yr old virgin movie was made after me
im never gonna have a husband
IF i do ill make that person very miserable
im going no where in life
"F**K YOU"
no one likes me
"i hate you"
i wish i dint have to live with you
i wish u were never born
i think im perfect (SOOO OFFF)
and those are just SOME of the things
if i go to talk to him and we get in an argument, i "always have to get the last word in" and heres the thing, ill say something and hel say i have to get the last word in, which IS GETTING THE LAST WORD IN
he punches, slaps, smacks, kicks me.

When my wife met this guy, I guess you can say I wasn’t very appreciative of her. 13 years of marriage you kind of loose sight of what you have. She said they never had sex, and never wanted sex. The way he looked and fussed over her made her keep going back, and it was like a vacation. This last time, they haven’t even talked to each other for months. They started kissing, he tried to have sex with her and she thought she wanted it too until contact. She realized she didn’t want it then pushed him off, started dry heaving, crying, got physically ill. She hurried home, and spilled her guts. She wept while I pack my stuff and begged me to stay. At first I stayed for my kids because they didn’t disserve this. Then I realized that I do love this beautiful woman that chose me in the end. I believe her about everything because I made her swear on our kids (she really loves our kids). Things are good at the moment, our love life has never been better. It’s painful imagining them together.

My girlfriend of 4 and a half years (who I was engaged to be married to) decided she didn't love me anymore and dumped for a bisexual mexican in September. I've met and dated four others for a short time since then, but it seems like all anyone wants me for is a friend, nothing more. The girl I'm supposedly dating now won't make anytime to see me, so I imagine she's going to dump me too, and it hurts. So girls I just want to know what is wrong with me!? Sometimes I get so lonesome that it literaly hurts inside. Like real pain, sometimes I wish I could just die from it already. Anyway I was hoping somebody would visit my Myspace page (user name Captain Brian H. Vond III), or my even just my Yahoo 360 page if you want, and tell me what the heck is going on with me. Am I just ugly, or what? Please I help me.

My parents raised me in their church that says no dating until you're 16, and even then no steady dating...only groups. My parents KNOW i dont believe in their church. Then theres this wonderful guy ive known since i was little, and we found we care about each other a lot and started going out in october. We are so close now, and i cant imagine not having him in my life, but the problem is my parents just found out about it, and i dont turn 16 until march. Now they're trying to separate us and i dont know what to do. I've never felt such a oneness with anybody, and now i feel like i'm being ripped in 2 and my other half is being sent through a blender. Since i still live under my parents roof i have to abide by their rules, and i understand that...but how can i make them understand that their beliefs are not my beliefs and that i really do care about this guy? They're convinced its puppy love but they dont even take the time to let me explain it to them. What, if anything, can i do?

Why do 'mean girls' continue to exist in schools? We've all seen films like mean girls, never been kissed, shes all that etc. We all know these girls are evil cows treating everyone terribly in schools, so why are there still girls that insist on worshipping them?
